You're absolutely right. That image was included on a fake alien photo website (I can't remember off hand the address). If you Google 'fake alien pictures' you should come up with some really impressive images, including our friend in this thread.

Thanks Steve - honestly - we're all gullible at times, but I've never seen such a 'vibrating' jacket!!! My Photoshop stunts from the 90's are still being performed pathetically now....
