I'm going to repeat what was told to me after I lived in a vortex area (not Sedona) for a year and was experiencing all kinds of things, both good and unsettling...

"Just because it's a vortex, it doesn't mean it's spiritual."

That made me understand so much more of my experience, call in help when needed, and I also knew I didn't need to live there anymore!
