She is 100% right . How ever if she ignores the phone calls or the letters she falls into dishonor When this happens and trust me this is what they want you to do they can seek judgement against you for the outstanding balance

Those that have read Mary Croft`s book will know this . Everyone should run up their cards and just stop paying . Sure your going to get the calls from the card Companies . But all you have to do is tell them not to call you and that if they wish to deal with you use the mailing Address you provided . After they are told this legally they are not supposed to call.

The next step is the letters as long as you respond to them they can do nothing. They will be sending them looking for payment, Just ask them to provide you with a itemized Bill and the original contract bearing your signature and you will gladly pay them in full. They don`t have a contract with your signature they have one where you applied for a card . And by now they have shredded it

No additional money was created that would allow this card to go into circulation just credit as such you were not given anything you merely sold your signature for the value the card was issued at. You see with out your signature the card is just plastic and worthless , It isn`t till you sign your name that value is added to it. So what you see is your signature provides the value same as a paycheck or if you won the lottery and got a check it is just a piece of paper with numbers, it isn`t till you sign it that value gets added to it.

So once you send you letter like i said they will not be able to provide any contract as it has been shredded . They will pressure you to pay send them another letter asking for the same things only this time insert a date that they must supply the info by. Put this statement in there Failure to do so will imply that there is no debt.

This will start the legal ball rolling and you will get letters from their legal department . As long as you respond you do not fall in dishonor its when you do nothing this happens and then they can garnishee wages . Once again you do not have to deal with the legal letters simply respond that they are third party responders in this matter and that all the card company had to do was respond to your letter in a timely fashion which they failed to do. The contract is between you and the Card company not their legal Dept. the card company invited them into it you didn`t they are thus third party participants and have no standing.

When they realize they won`t be getting any where with you they sell your debt to a collection agency who then think they have the right to hound you till you pay . Once again they are third party participants and were not part of the original contract deal with them the same way you would deal with the legal party .

The reason they won`t send you an itemized bill is then you could send the remittance portion back and have the balance paid off in full by simply writting Accepted For Value on it and signing it

For a more complete understanding of this and how to make it work read her book its an eye opener. Just imagine what would happen to the precious banking system if every one realized how phoney it really was . Its just an ends to a means and the inevitable chain to keep us enslaved

Just a little more proof that it is your signature that adds the value . This comes from the Bills of Exchange Act of Canada

From the §57.1 of the Bills of Exchange Act of Canada.

Presumption of value

57. (1) Every party whose signature appears on a bill is, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, deemed to have become a party thereto for value.

Just posted this on the you tube clip above...

"there is a free e-book online from Mary E. Croft about getting out of debt... Or should I say not paying it!!! Check it out... google will find it... Also worth a watch is "Freedom From Fascism" about income tax... we didn't need to pay them..."

Connecting with Sauce the debt never existed you have to print the money in order for the debt to exist no additional money was printed. You are merely issued a card with a set credit limit .

Look at it this way you buy a lottery ticket , Jackpot is 20 million you luck out and win $8000.00 yahoo you sign the ticket and they don`t give you cash they issue you a check . If you never do anything with that check all accounts stay the same no money changes hands . It isn`t till you put your signature on it that it becomes worth something other than that its good for wiping your a*s.

So where does your 8000 come from well you were born and your parents registered you . With out really knowing what they were doing they gave you to the government. So what did the government do well they issued a bond in your name and it floats on the market generating income for you only you have never been told that . Why ? they use the money generated by your bond to give themselves raise`s and for the general welfare of the nation. They are what is termed the Fiduciary and get to look after the account and spend it how they see fit because you have never told them otherwise. So the 8000 you won is with drawn from your bond account and given to you and you paid your self with your own money.

Credit cards operate the same way they are paid directly form your birth bond before you get the bill . Once you sign the slip it makes the rounds and the money gets withdrawn and paid directly to the store where you made your purchase. Now the credit card company sends you a statement and asks for a payment. You unaware of the game pay the card issuing company and they pocket it as pure profit and then charge you 25% interest as a handling fee.
