Great find find Viking.
I'm still trying to identify who and how credible Ken and reversed speech is in this regard. However, this alert is consistent with a number of WB testimony via recent and older interviews related to the swine flu.

If this is all true...I think it's pretty obvious that someone has given the go ahead to let loose this Bio weapon on the populas of Ukraine (Baxter)...thus creating fear amongst the mass population to panic and take the Vacinne!!!

There is nothing cryptic about 777's post
He has given the patent number and its meaning - how it is coded.
I dont believe he was stating either way that this is an actual planned outbreak or that an outbreak is happening at all.

I'm not saying it is true or false because I dont have first hand knowledge.
Can anyone though please post a link to a mainstream news source carrying this information? I dont have faith in Youtube and 'other' websites.

Intresting side thought - they could use the threat of a V iris to herd people. By closing schools they would have large sections of the population at home presumably.

Why? To have every one near a tv?

They will want as many eyes as posible to witness an event - staged or otherwise.

3 hours ago I spoke to someone who has just had a visitor from the capital of Ukraine, Lviv. That person works in the medical field and has said that the number of flu cases is not bigger than normal and that the whole pandemic/panic thing is created by the media....

I have many more mainstream links but I don't trust them. Ukraine is in a political turmoil because of upcoming elections, the gas debt to Russia, and their joining NATO. This event is used as a propaganda tool for these.

There is link one though that seems disturbing, in regards to Verichip releasing earlier a chip to track H1N1, the laws in many countries that say vaccines have to be traceable, and now this from Ukraine mainstreams saying the military will need a triage system for H1N1:
