Re: Where do you get your news? Post your sites...
I should add at that it would be good if people could put how relaible / ones sided / sensationalist / balanced they think each site it. Otherwise, we will just end up with a list that is far too long and will confuse everyone. Many thanks.

Re: Where do you get your news? Post your sites...
In addition to conscious media network, the latest headlines from david icke, redicecreations already mentioned (if david icke wasn't, he should have been!) I also regularly read Johann Hari. http://www.johannhari.com (not sure how to turn that into a proper link.
He writes for The Independent in the UK. He is almost militantly atheist, but he has a heart as large as a house and is a passionate advocate for the poor and dispossessed of the world, especially women. He has also been writing about the Congo when most of the world's media wanted to ignore it. I read him for the reminders of why I/we need to hold the vision for a fairer world. love to all |

Re: Where do you get your news? Post your sites...
great thread!
Many of the above.. esp. Global Research etc... and BBC as it tends to be pretty quick on getting stuff online... and here (as of today): http://www.projectcensored.org/ I also check AlJazeera TV online and Middle East papers (English language versions) .. and BBC Radio 4/World Service on occasion and this is a great journalist (did lots years ago on Illuminati/Bildeburgers (sic) etc) check out: http://www.johnpilger.com/page.asp?partID=3 but if I REALLY want to know what's going on (on another level)... I tune into the ethers and ask my Gran in Spirit ! |

Re: Where do you get your news? Post your sites...
We listen to NPR and they have the BBC news there also. I realize this is considered mainstream. I find they report things I don't hear anywhere else and it's more in depth. We don't have cable TV and watch very little of it. I like coast to coast and they have links to interesting articles in the corner of their website. coasttocoastam.com

Re: Where do you get your news? Post your sites...
The BBC hmmm.
I was raised on BBC radio and still prefer it to BBC TV. I am noticing more and more how often they headline what they have been fed by TPTB without questioning it, ie presenting opinion as fact. The bias may be less obvious that it is on Fox News, all the same it is there. It's not left wing though many BBC critics still cal it left wing, it just favours the status quo. Friends outside the UK please question the BBC as rigorously as everything else! love to all |
