Thank you Viking. This is the vision a father/mother would have to his/her own children and their home. Remembering them they are in full control, no matter what assumptions looks like.

When masses are made to believe something negative, they may create what they did not want, which is how the manipulators lure our focus to.

The people believe in assumption... It is taking shape, so it will manifest. Theorists are major players in helping this taking shape by bombarding us with "facts" that it is taking shape. Claiming we are giving in power everyday, and they control us more...while in reality WE ARE IN FULL CONTROL. It is about us, all about us.

So the people who are "waking up" to it are the ones who are creating it. Visualization also works that way around. Even if these things would happen our duty towards the Creation and ourselves remains the same.

Looking into the past might get dangerous if you are so sure it will repeat itself. You might bring something from there nobody wants to live. There are cycles, but everytime it comes back it never comes back the same way, that is Evolution.

This is the problem with scientists, they do not take the power of consciousness into consideration. Well, it looks like it is changing now... But it is pretty new in this realm. Not only we have consciousness that drives all realities around, but every single planet and stars have consciousness.

We are living creatures, gifted with thoughts and emotions living upon a living creature, gifted with thoughts and emotions living into a grand living Creation, gifted with thoughts and emotions. All evolving into the manifested realities of our consciousness. Are you experiencing ascension ?


If we were able to sit up in the stratosphere and look down on Earth, we would perhaps be able to see how the many changes that are currently taking place on our planet have an overall connection. Some of these changes are obvious such as the strange weather patterns that seem to be affecting us no matter where we live. Hurricanes, cyclones, water spouts and tidal waves. More rain or less rain than we usually get and leading to either floods or fires to name but a few.

If we look at society in general we can see that there are many changes taking place there too. Many people are no longer sitting complacently in their homes believing that all is right with the world. Believing that those in authority necessarily have their best interests at heart, particularly as more and more government and industry cover-up's come to public awareness. It seems too, that almost every few weeks we are invited to join in a world peace meditation and to trust that by collectively joining our 'thought forms' that we can create positive change by simply all thinking about love. That in itself is a major change! But we are not just updating our perception on what is going on in the outside world, but also reassessing what is going on in our personal relationships, our careers and lifestyles and making, in some cases, quite revolutionary changes.
So what exactly is going on? Could there be some synchronicity between what is going on outside as well as what is going on inside? The saying ' As above, so below' applies here and could be rewritten as 'As within, so without'. So that if we began to explore the changes that we are feeling compelled to make in our lives we would see that we are responding to something that is within us. It is making itself felt in the outside world but the control and the direction of these changes is coming from our deep unconscious and is instinctive rather than ordered and controlled by logic.

The call to which we are responding involves, however, something which is outside our present limited comprehension and is being directed by the Creator Of All That Is. It is time for the planet Earth and all that is on it, to change from a third dimensional life force environment into a fifth dimensional one. In order to evolve into this higher dimension, all current life forms on Earth have to change physically, and for human beings changes also need to be made on the mental, emotional as well as spiritual levels.

Normally, when this kind of dimensional shift occurs, as it does quite often in this universe, the planet concerned, along with all its life forms, combust. The reason for this is that third dimensional life forms physically operate at a lower vibrational frequency than those of higher dimensions. Within third dimensional life forms physical matter is very dense and is therefore, unable to change quickly enough within the fraction of a second that it takes to make the shift into a less dense format. One of the reasons why we third dimensional beings can't see other dimensional life forms, even though they are all around us, is because we are not ourselves at a high enough energetic frequency level to do so. Beings from higher dimensions can see us, and can physically move down to our level, but we can't move up until we are able to readjust our frequency levels to one that is infinitely finer.

At an unconscious level, Earth's population is aware that this dimensional change is already under way, and is one of the reasons why fears about the future are rising to the surface of mass consciousness. Many people are feeling anxious, restless and unsettled, yet consciously are unable to say what it is that is making them feel this way.

In the third dimension we have a very strong concept of death and destruction and fear that there will soon be an end to all that is. And whilst this does have an element of truth to it because the world as we know it will cease to exist, this does not mean death or destruction. It simply means change.

A great experiment has been conducted by the Creator of All That Is which has involved all of us who inhabit this universe (even those who are in spiritual form) and which has been operational for thousands and thousands of years as Earth time goes. We have been caught up in a major negative and distortional thought form, which among other things, has stopped all spiritual and physical evolution moving past certain base levels and which has contained us in this third dimensional environment.
This experiment has however, now drawn to a close, and the doorways are to be reopened for those of us who choose to move up.

One of the reasons why the planet currently has so many people is because a large proportion of us are ready to take up the challenge and evolve into beings who live life from higher levels of consciousness. This involves us completely changing the way we think and behave. We are required to readjust our thought processes, letting go of old belief systems and embracing a new reality which involves taking back our own power. This new state of being requires us to let go of third dimensional concepts and thus compels us to let go of current relationships, jobs, careers, homes, possessions and so on they are unable to support our new way of being. This releasing process is not easy, but is absolutely fundamental to our being able to support a higher level of consciousness.

This journey into the higher dimensions is known as the Ascension process. Whilst these changes are deeply affecting our emotional and mental state, as well as our life-styles, we are also undergoing some physical changes as our body readjusts to the higher vibrational forces which accompany our increasing levels of consciousness. As we sleep we are gradually embodying more strands of DNA, changing from a carbon-based body with 2 strands of DNA into a crystalline body which has access to 15,000 strands of DNA, because only crystalline substances can exist on higher dimensional levels. But it is not just we humans who are changing into crystalline, but all life-forms, including the Earth herself. All the fish in the sea, the flowers and trees in your garden, the birds in the sky, even your pet dog or cat. Everything is changing.

Also, the changes to our physiological make-up are currently speeding up and there are many temporary physical symptoms that are occurring in our bodies as a consequence of this. Some of these are:

* Flu-like symptoms.

* High temperatures, sweating, aching bones and joints etc, but which do not respond to antibiotics.

* Migraine headaches with severe pain that is not relieved with pain killers.

* Occasional diarrhoea.

* Occasional runny nose and sneezing which lasts 24 hours and is not a cold or hayfever.

* Dizziness.

* Ringing in the ears

* Heart palpitations.

* Feeling the whole body vibrate, especially at night when one is in a relaxed state.

* Intense muscular spasms and pain in one or more areas of the body.

* Tingling in arms, hands, legs or feet.

* Temporary loss of muscular power in hands caused by changes to the circulatory system.

* Occasional breathing difficulties, and/or noticing stronger or louder breathing when in a relaxed state.

* Immune system changes.

* Lymphatic system changes.

* Feeling tired or exhausted from minor exertion.

* Wanting to sleep longer and more often than usual.

* Toe nails and hair growing quicker than usual.

* Bouts of depression for no real reason.

* Finding that one is delving into the past, looking at relationships and gaining clarity on personal issues.

* Feeling one is doing a huge purge.

* Tension, anxiety and high stress levels because one feels that something is going on but one doesn't know what it is.


Some of these symptoms are being felt by a great many people. Many are rushing off in panic to their doctor, chiropractor, herbalist and so on and usually told that there is nothing really wrong with them. And this is the truth. For all these symptoms are just temporary and simply indicate that these physiological changes are occurring.

* Some of the recommended relief remedies for the above are:

* Go with the flow, don't fight it.

* If you feel tired and exhausted, rest and get plenty of sleep.

* Drink plenty of water for you are detoxifying and dehydrating quicker than usual.

* To relieve emotional tension and stress levels take Valerian.

* Fenugreek relieves stress on the lymphatic system and helps the detoxification.

* To relieve muscle spasm take Valerian and try mud baths or a long hot soak in a bath into which you add a cup of Epsom salts. Do this daily.

* Recognize that even if you are having heart palpitations or breathing difficulties that it is the heart chakra or the throat chakra that is unblocking and that the symptoms are temporary. You aren't dying, just changing! However, don't just take my word for it. Seek medical guidance if you are unsure.

* If you don't know where to get Valerian or Fenugreek try a health food store or better still, simply say the name in your head when you need relief. All healing energies are transmitted via the sound of the name and are just as effective said in the mind as aloud or as in physically taking them. Try it and see.

* Ask your angel guides or higher self to help relieve any pain. Most symptoms seem to last a couple of weeks, then clear up. Some symptoms may reoccur from time to time, especially depression.


These changes are not necessarily being experienced by everyone concurrently. A very small percentage of adults have already embodied up to 5,000 strands of DNA (currently as of January 1999) and have moved into a fourth dimensional awareness. The majority, however, are still in the early stages and embodying the first 12 strands of DNA. This physical state of being is completely dependent upon our current level of consciousness. As we lift our perceptions to embrace ever increasing levels of truth and higher thought, we embody further strands of DNA. This entire process is managed by our I AM presence or higher self, so we are in extremely capable and loving hands, and must therefore, learn to surrender to it.

It should be realized that many people have chosen not to make this journey. Not everyone feels ready to make the full-on commitment to change, and there are others too, who still have a great deal of learning to do at a third dimensional level and are nowhere near ready to evolve. This requires those of us who are on the journey, to accept that what feels right to us, may not feel right to even our nearest and dearest. Hence, the emotional tug-of-war we encounter when we feel the need to release ourselves form current friendships and partnerships and even, in some cases, to close family members. Those who choose to remain at the third dimensional level of consciousness will remove themselves from the Earth plane via the normal death process long before the planet is due to take her own Ascension.

The movement of the Earth's population through the fourth dimension and into the fifth and above, is taking place gradually and in three waves or groups. The first wave is the smallest in number, but the most important, for it is these people in the forefront who have taken it upon themselves to get the energies shifting and who have been intensely working on themselves for many years. It is their strength of purpose which has initiated and supported the new age movement, and their reward for prolonged endeavour is to be the first to complete the journey. The second wave, which is where a large proportion of new ager's lie, are in various stages of awakening, many having advanced in recent years but still with some way to go. The third wave of humanity are only just beginning to wake up to the internal call for change and we will be welcoming more of them during the next few years as they begin their search for self.

It should be understood therefore, that the fifth dimensional shift is not made concurrently by all peoples at the same time. In fact, within each wave, there are many different levels of awareness in operation. This is why the new age movement is so diverse in its beliefs. It's horses for courses! Not everyone comes to the same level of understanding in the same way, nor at the same speed.

The window into the fourth dimension opened at the end of 1998 and many of the first wave are currently moving through and embracing up to 5,000 strands of DNA. They will continue to progress through the initiation stages of the fourth dimension gradually, taking on more strands of DNA ready to step into the fifth dimension when that window opens, currently estimated to be sometime during 2007. This window will remain open for the next 60-90 years, at the end of which time the Earth and all those still then living at a fourth dimensional level will make their Ascension.

Braun says that there is enough proof around us already to see that we have entered into this final phase of 2012. Ufo sightings, crop circles and channeled messages are the proof that humanity needs, to see that there are benevolent extraterrestials visiting planet earth. Perhaps one issue more grounded and close to the average person is 2012 and the economy. Because everything is shifting before 2012 in a great cleansing, so too, is the economy. Continued fiscal irresponsibilities are in fact part of one big play, where big daddy (government) creates conditions on purpose, that are devestating the north american economy. This is why Bush came to Saskatoon and this is why there is a big push by government for everybody to get injected with an unsafe and toxic vaccine....Bush is all about creating a one world fascist military government where people do what they are told, even if it brings them harm.

Braun feels that many evil doers in government like the Bushes, Clintons, Harpers...lack a fuller comprehension of 2012, and are thus banking on stirring up more fear and negativity in order to bring in their one world government, (and of course more profits for the international bankers). However this effort is to be met with a more powerful response from humanity who is generally all for peace and freedom and more so everyday in an unstoppable force. Just thought I would post a reminder as the 2012 film has just been released. A couple of my friends have said that after viewing the film their kids were questioning if the world was going to end in 2012????

I ask you all, as these films are being released and changes afoot, not to let go and try to convey the Knowledge that you all have learned during your stay here...We are all here for a reason. We have been pulled into this direction with perhaps a little devine intervention. We have all come a long way.

There are many angles to look at and we all need to focus on a positive outcome for the good of our New World. And I don’t mean just here, try to wake up as many as you possibly can within your circles and on Facebook/Myspace ect ect. Don’t be afraid of ridicule just keep on that path, truth always surfaces in time and I believe we will all be blessed karmically as well as being blessed spiritually.

Be calm amongst the chaos and lead where necessary. As we are going through these tough times ‘The Age of Kali/Chaos’… be centered and stay on track.


Keep those wonderful positive energies flowing…Keep the less informed, informed.

You all know how to do it. Do it.

We can all do this and tilt the energies towards a positive outcome. BUT STAY ON TRACK, Teach and inform. There are still so many out there that really haven’t got a clue, they will need your support.

Keep the pressure on, the light are winning and the dark are losing. HOLD that positive thought just a little longer than usual and we will all create the world we want to live in.

Don’t be afraid of ridicule just keep on that path, truth always surfaces in time and I believe we will all be blessed karmically as well as being blessed spiritually.

What we should be doing leading up to 2012...


2012 has been charged with energy of transformation and transmutation. We are told many things will happen, to ourselves and the earth. The bottom line is that we should be growing emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Universal Love is the key to this, love for our Higher Power, most importantly love for ourselves, love for all sentient beings and of course love for everything which exists on this earth. If not, we will, according to the teachings and channeling’s from Archangels, find life difficult to manage. The shift in our consciousness will be troublesome. Even though Buddha says, life is filled with suffering, we do not have to buy into a victim mentality and allow the changes we are experiencing to affect us negatively.

Personally, we have chosen to take the teachings and the Mayan prophecies seriously. We have chosen to open our hearts to love, to understand that we are ALL ONE, and that we are willing to shift to a higher dimensional consciousness with you. We have a call based on the Mayan prophecies to get back to basics. And that means we have to get back to LOVE. Negative emotions have never served us, even if we feel somewhat good and become somewhat resentful and judgmental of others when they fail in their life’s challenges.

The Hindus, Tibetans, Aztecs, Incas, Native Americans, Cherokee, Hopi, Maori, Zulu’s, and the Jewish Torah all talk of great change occurring at this time. The Mayan calendar ends on 21 .12.2012. This is an end of a 26000 year period. All the prophecies from these ancients tell us we will come to realize who we really are. The sun and the earth will experience a rare alignment. It is not that the world will come to an end. We will start a new era of consciousness. The teachings say that the Lightworkers, those who have chosen a path of love and inner healing, creating healing for others and for Mother Earth, will ascend to a higher dimension of consciousness. Those who remain with ego, fear and negativity tenets will struggle to find inner peace and will be boxed about even more by the Higher Consciousness Energies.

We are experiencing many changes on many levels. The world money markets are an indication of this. Our lives have sped up, we are told that we are actually living a 16 hour day as opposed to a 24 hour day. The earth is spinning faster on its axis, and we are told we are close to zero point. What happens at zero point is mere supposition, since this occurred according to scientists, a million years ago.

The teachings say that people who live with materialism and are spiritually closed are holding us back. We are here to advise people to open their hearts to the concept that only love is real, the rest is all an illusion. We are currently in the 3rd dimension. Everything we see and do is in this dimension. There are many who are already experiencing the 4th and 5th dimensional energies. They have realized their own sense of worth, and are understanding their soul journeys. According to the teachings currently only between 11- 18 % of the worlds population is ready for the shifts in consciousness. Which means 80 % of the population are going to experience immense difficulties in their lives.

The bottom line for us, is to send love to all beings without reservation. Even to the warmongers, the abusers, the criminals, people who have hurt us, because this releases us from the chains which tie us to any form of negativity.

We have put together 11 points in terms of what we should be doing to help us uplift ourselves. Our suggestion is to print this out and read one every day and practice that or the day. The more we practice each tenet from a place of love, our own lives will shift beautifully.

Everything written here applies equally to us too, and we endeavour to practice this daily, which changes our vibration, so that our inner peace echoes a round us and others.

1. Make peace with yourself on all levels. Make peace with your body, all those parts you seem to be unhappy with. You are actually prefect in every way. Make peace with your thoughts. Drive out the negative thoughts and replace them with loving caring thoughts. Make peace with your emotions. Create happiness in your lives. Only you can. Nothing outside of you can make you happy, even if you think it can. Winning the lottery may cause more hardships than peace. Create peace within yourselves first. Absolute peace and inner harmony are yours to have. You are prefect as you are. Complete serenity comes from this inner peaceful place.

I AM AT PEACE WITH MYSELF, THE WHOLE WORLD AND EVERYONE IT IN.

2. Get to know yourself better. Work on your negative character traits with a view of correcting them. It takes time and effort. It takes courage to admit ones faults. It takes perseverance to change. Leopards can change their spots if they really wish to. It takes a determined effort, which starts with correcting ones thought patterns first. Only allow positive love filled thoughts.

I AM WILLING TO CHANGE ALL MY NEGATIVITY TO ABSOLUTE LOVE FILLED POSITIVITY.


3. When choices are being made, before making the decision, ask yourself, is my choice from ego or fear or is it negative. Or, is it positive, from a place of grace, or love filled. Ask yourself if these choices are for your highest good. If not think about how you would change them, to be filled with grace , goodness and love. Let fear and ego based choices go, most times a lesson will be there to teach you something about fear and ego choices. Take responsibility for your choices. You need to own all the choices you make, for they are yours, and no one else’s.

ALL CHOICES I MAKE ARE FOR MY HIGEST GOOD AND COME FROM A PLACE OF LOVE AND GRACE

4. Let go of all fear and negativity. Negative or fear based emotions or thoughts can ever serve you, except to darken your life. Some people will say it’s important to feel them because it is your reality. ****. There is no need for negative or fear based choices. It takes practice, but practice makes perfect. However, don’t be too hard on yourself, try to learn how to acknowledge when you are thinking a fear or ego based thought. It helps you correct yourself to a positive vibration, which in turn will help you change into a positive frame of mind.

I LET GO OF ALL FEAR AND NEGATIVITY, ONLY LOVE IS REAL.

5. Look at where your energy lies, what are your thoughts based on? Change your negative thoughts to positive love-filled ones. Forget the future, stay in the now. Forget the past, it cannot serve you. F-E-A-R = False Evidence Appearing Real. Fear is just an illusion.

EVERYDAY IN EVERY WAY MY LIFE IS FILLED WITH POSITIVE LOVE-FILLED THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS

6. Absorb gratitude and appreciation into your energy field. Be grateful for everything in your life, even the dark/shadow moments, no matter how harsh you may perceive your reality to be. Absorb the beauty of nature into your energy field, the people who love you and whom you love. Laugh often, even if it appears inane. Find the fun in your life. Appreciate it. Appreciate everything from the deepest recesses of your heart and soul. Happiness and joy make you more harmonious with your Creator’s energy and vibration.

I APPRECIATE ALL GIFTS IN MY LIFE, POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE FROM THE DEEPEST RECESSES OF MY HEART AND SOUL.

7. Understand that everything is energy, thoughts, emotions, even innate things. Keeping a high, positive energy vibration through powerful thoughts and attitude is the key to having a happy, harmonious life. When what you perceive as bad occurs, understand that it is simply a blessing in disguise, for our greatest lessons come when we think we are suffering. Only our thoughts and a powerful, positive attitude can shift this.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS PROBLEMS, ONLY OPPORTUNITIES.

8. Don’t wallow in sadness, that is victim mentality and the easy way out. Allocate a very short time (not longer than a day) to feel the sadness. In this wallow state, think about a positive outcome for tomorrow, do not hurt the people around you or place blame on them. Be gentle on yourself and on others.

I ALLOW MY EMOTIONS TO FLOW FREELY AND POSITIVELY.

9. Forgive. And then forgive again. And when you think you are finished forgiving, forgive again. Forgiveness releases you from any hold and connection you have to people or yourself, for what you may perceive as harm. Forgive everyone who has caused you harm, but most importantly, forgive yourself. You do not have to condone their behaviour, but you do have to forgive them in order to release yourself and be free of the chains of bitterness, resentment, disappointment and anger or guilt.

I FORGIVE MYSELF AND ANYONE WHO I PERCEIVE TO HAVE CAUSED ME HARM, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY AND I AM FREE.

10. We have to understand that we are connected to a higher power. Most of us call this higher power GOD. Meditation and prayer help us connect to GOD’s energy and love. E-G-O stands for “Edging God Out” and ironically, this is exactly what the Ego mentality does. For some reason, we fear talking about GOD, but in reality, without GOD’s love we are nothing.

I AM ONE WITH GOD, I AM CONNECTED TO GOD, I AM ONE WITH ALL, I AM THE SOUL.

11. Open your heart to love. This is the flow of life, this is where our consciousness lies. The love of GOD, the love of self, and the love of the whole world and everyone in it. GOD is love, we are love. Messages from GOD come to those who open their hearts.

Again Ladies and Gents...no disaster, no calamity, Just lots of great stuff to look forward to...

By now many of you will have watched the Sony Hollywood film of the name 2012. What was distinctly lacking was a broad view of the 2012 subject and indeed precious little relation to the Maya and the Long Count. Though I think it is fair that to say we did not expect a 2012 documentary to be made by a disaster movie producer wielding a $200,000,000 budget.

Actually any keen eyes amongst you will have spotted that the film was largely based on the work of only one 2012 researcher, Mr Patrick Geryl (author of 'How To Survive 2012'). There is no doubt that Patrick Geryl has been the loudest voice on the theory that in 2012 there will be an Earth Crust Displacement and that around 99% of the global population would die from the tsunami, earthquakes and volcanoes it would cause. There was even a big nod to him in the closing scenes when it is stated that the new highest point in the world happens to be the Drakensburg mountains and the surrounding region has escaped devastation. This also happens to be the location of Patrick Geryl's planned survival community!

Last weekend http://disinfo.com and http://realitysandwich.com united to offer a combined voice for the other 2012 story left untold by Hollywood. Alternative film showings of their own films were arranged, amongst other interesting initiatives.

It should also be noted that disinfo.com have announced the launch of a book to accompany their own 2012 film '2012 Science or Superstition' which has been compiled by Alexandra Bruce and it can be found here http://www.2012sos.net for those interested.

Moreover, he bases his discernment on intuition. I can see just by looking in his eyes and listening to his tone that this guy is connected with his deep soul.

There are a few out there, Marshall Vian Summers being another one. He has said it all when he says 2012 will be what we believe it will be, to this I would add; and you have full control over what you want to believe, if you are aware of this control, your choice...

Official disclosure or not, our duty toward Creation has not change. We are here to serve... All of us. And we came to serve to learn from "serving". It is part of evolution... Any soul, ANY without exception, who do not experience being into existence with the purpose to take care of others with genuine brotherhood, friendship and mature love, will come back here again and again to learn the experience. Once learned, the soul is transformed, has evolved to a more refined personality that opens the door to planes closer to the Creation's heart.

It does not mean to loose yourself into artificial generosity. It means to open your heart to yourself first and to the beauty of all that exist. To let go the toys of the system in which we are so addicted and contemplate the beauties of Creation that surround our life, human beings first. Serving come naturally then...
