Default MMS, Help!

I ordered MMS awhile ago but have thensince lost the instructions and am generally very confused as to the functioning of it. This is what I have:

1x container citric acid crystals
1x container 80% sodium chlorite powder

What proportions and quantities, do I use?

Could someone write me a very brief guide for safe use of this MMS?

Thank you Avalon!

EDIT: as a test i mixed 9 TBSP water, 1 TBSP citric acid, and a tiny sprinkle of the sodium chlorite. It produced a funny smell and a yellow colour to the water. Is this normal?

Thanks and get back to me friends!

Peace and love!

Directions are in Jim Humble's book. You mix them separately - the citric acid is mixed at 9 parts distilled water to 1 part citric acid. and is in one bottle

The sodium chlorite is a bit dicier, and his directions are for making bottles in groups of 13 (since you use 100 gms of sodium chlorite)

I'd get back with your distributor and ask him/her to resend directions, or get the book, which is very thorough.

Starlah, there is a LONG MMS thread with lots of direction on various techniques for taking MMS. It's actually a sticky in the Health forum. It includes YouTube videos that show you how to mix and take. You might start there,

http://www.projectavalon.net/forum/s...ead.php?t=4781

That should help.

Most of the Jim Humble info were posted in the mentioned thread.

DON'T experiment!!!!!!! check the correct ratio and mixing directions out or you WILL GET SICK!

Just been there. We used the premixed solution though so I can't help with the powdered solution.

Good luck.
