There is no telling what is in the first part. The craft looks intriguing, but the camera is so shaky and the focus so poor that it could be an ordinary airplane. The second part is a strange glowing cloud at night. This is almost certainly an exploded satellite or rocket high enough in the atmosphere (or above it) that the sunlight still hits it even though it's after dark. I'd bet that was shot no later than about 7:30 PM. I saw many events like this in the 1960s.

Unfortunately there is no information regarding the time or place of this video, so as evidence it is worthless.

Ok, it's unusual.
The trembling of course is very usual.
You could get motion sickness looking at it.
Difficult to determine if "the object" is moving.
A little more discription of the maker would have been nice.

Everybody should get lessons in school on how to shoot ufo video...
