Diatomaceous earth is the poor man's chelation, and might be safer than EDTA chelation.
Sold under the product name "Fossil Shell Flour". It is rich is Silica and other trace minerals, and is being recommended by a growing number of naturopaths.

Pass it along to your lists.

Another really cheap, and yummy, chelator is cilantro. Parsley to some extent also, but cilantro is much better at pulling out heavy metals. Chloryphyll works as well.

Something more expensive but probably works better is a product called Zeolite. It cleans out toxins and metals. It's less money than chelation treatments at a doc office, but still much more than cilantro! It's usually about $50 a bottle. Depending on how much stuff you have to clean out, you can take 3 drops 1-3 times a day, up to 6 drops 3 times a day. You'd want to work yourself up to that amount, though, so you don't herx so bad. Make sure to take it sublinguily (under the tongue) and hold it there for about 30 seconds. That way it gets straight into your bloodstream. I add just a few drops of purified water to it and then hold it under my tongue. You can do it straight, it doesn't taste horrible, but I prefer to tone it down a bit. I muscle test to see how many drops to take, then I dropper them into a little medicine cup and add a bit of water. Not too much or you'll be uncomfortable with too much in your mouth. If you have amalgams, be sure to try and keep it away from those teeth, as you might find they are sensitive to the zeolite.

Thanks freedom dove
I will plant some cilantro and eat it often

I am eating a lot of fresh basil as I have read it is good for
the heart and circulation.

Have uprooted from garden and have huge plants now in a pot.
when it gets close to a frost can bring it indoors and winter over
also do same with Thyme and Lavender
smells so good my sun room will be heavenly this winter!

and I can have good flavors any time.
