Some words from my heart
I have a poetic side of myself and every once in a while, I like to write poems and prose.
I offer you two examples: Lonely Road Walk on down a road Long and winding Full of hills and valleys Dead ends and obstacles This lonely road The sky is blue Sun is shining And I keep walking Down this lonely road Down this lonely road I don't know anymore So I'm just gonna go Walking on down this lonely road And when the sun is shining And the sky is blue Then I know I'm not missing you Walk Walk Walk on down this lonely road What else am I gonna do without you? Keep Your Eyes (On The Sky) We used to sing These songs of happiness Life used to be so more innocent And we wondered in amazement What lay on the horizon The world out there And then one day It was gone Wherever did the happiness go? Why did the doom and the gloom come? Keep your eyes on the sky For it shall never deceive you A time of spiritual upheaval is near General, can you see Rome burning again? Nero on a street corner, playing a guitar The time is near and the order is dying Our innocence was shattered And we're still picking up the pieces But one of these days it won't really matter A spiritual awakening is at hand And we shall work to shape this reality As the markets fall And the sky grows darker The end of the world order is near Can you feel the energy? Can you see the sun again? Can you feel the warmth? That the universe bestows upon thee? From my heart to yours |

Re: Some words from my heart
your poetry is lovely humble janitor, read your words a couple of times, travelled somewhere within my own heart ...
i used to write poetry, not so much lately ... here is the last of my poetry attempts, written in early fall ... Who will pick up the pieces … When our illusion is shattered, fragmented and scattered, Who will pick up the pieces … When the life we once knew, will no longer do, Who will pick up the pieces … When we’ve entertained greed and it grew like a weed, Who will pick up the pieces … When neighbors once cared, now often don’t dare, Who will pick up the pieces … When earth’s animals we kill and destroy all at will, Who will pick up the pieces … When children tremble in fear for they’ve lost what’s so dear, Who will pick up the pieces … When the homeless weep in the cold and their stories aren’t told, Who will pick up the pieces … When we wake to no jobs and the innocent rob, Who will pick up the pieces … When we’ve had just too much, this pain, sorrow and such, We will pick up the pieces … When we’ve listened and heard, the voice from within, We will pick up the pieces … When we seek what is true, know it is what we once knew, We will pick up the pieces … When the life we once knew, will no longer do, We will pick up our pieces … And we will once again, become whole … |

Re: Some words from my heart
Thanks, Humble Janitor.
I really relate to your Lonely Road piece. Something I have been doing my forty years of life. Not sure where I am going but I keep on walking for what else can I do, for as long as the sky is blue and the sun is shinning there is hope, love and life. When I was four my guardians indicated I must never give up no matter how hard the road got, as I would arrive some day. Love&peace, SamWhiteHopi |

Re: Some words from my heart
humble janitor ...
day by day now i find the road becoming less lonely ... as purpose and passion rise within, the separation i have always felt is slowly dissolving ... i am feeling a new unity being created, one that will be born of pure intention and love for all ... it is this alignment within me that i am starting to feel the birth of true oneness ... isn't it lovely and purposeful that we are coming to find familiarity here on avalon ... with so many beautiful hearts ... as one ... so many warm hearts here have extended their open hand to me when i felt the aloneness once more ... and gently guided me to oneness ... no one can deny this road has not been lonely ... but it is changing now, so many now walk in the same direction together, in harmony ... if ever you feel alone, feel the number of extended hands that reach out to you here, take their hand, walk to oneness together once more ... i for one will always have my hand here for anyone who might feel some separation ... and i will wholeheartedly walk with them ... that is why we are collectively here on avalon, to walk this road together, never again to feel separation, but to feel our unity ... the energy of oneness we are creating in this very moment ... together ... isn't it lovely how it grows ... |

Re: Some words from my heart
The black horse is momentum. Luckily on account of crying an 3 separate occasions reading posts and feeling massive grace (what's up with that?), a new horse came to me. The black fellow was beautiful never did belong to me, though I whispered for his whereabouts. wild, free. He visited me from time to time, but never stood at my side. I am between world a bit still.
There are plans. My horse is a Lippizaner. restrained. highly trained. Since my dark watchers experience, I was on foot. I've used the black to find information, wearing both hats. I am pleased to say that while away I used google AI on itself to prove the existence of GOD. This here though is the primary message. I haven't know where to put. But since I started wanting to forewarn the public, I'll just go ahead - and hopefully the rest will fall into place. For those skilled in allegory. legendary pink dots - oasis malade search: daughters of beulah on another shore laguna beach madame guillotine neon mariners nine shades to the nine nuts in may plasma twins premonition 16 siren softly softly translation: obama's house is infected, his hands are tied. It's their sermon from the mount. I'm nowhere now. It's the best I could do. I am at peace. Because the top of the list is not alphabetized, that's likely what's 'coming' ... now citizens are forewarned of a travesty. |
