I would be a little suspicious of proposals that it's all a matter of right nutrition/supplements etc. I think it's a little more complex.

Is there a genetic predisposition? Does your life plan include time stuck in a hole to precipitate later liberation? Does a bio-chemical imbalance lead to depression or does depression create a bio-chemical imbalance?

When times are dark call on the light, imagine being bathed in love, you're guides/angels are with you, pray to the healing Buddha, align with all others around the world who are feeling pain and bless them, listen to your favorite music, nibble on some chocolate and breathe.

And try to remember this too shall pass.
