Default What movie to see first?

Hello.

What film is best to show an audience that has NO knowledge of all that Economy/Ufo/Iluminati stuff?

i don't want to scare anybody, i want to help educate and enlighten...

Please provide me with some insight and a list of films with a progressive numbering e.g - 1: first film 2: second and so on...

Thanks...

I have wondered the same thing...

I live in a town of about 10 to15,000 people in it and the surrounding area.

80% of the people in the area voted for Bush during both elections .

During my senior year of college my English professor and I started a film clum where we would show David Icke and Alex Jones movies to the public....

I found that alot of people do not just watch a movie and wake up...

But the best way to get the people who really are not going to respond well is to start slow....
It is hard to deal with s**t when you have lived your whole life believing a giant lie...
It sucks when you found out that everything you were ever told was a lie....

Our film club ended up drawing in about 200 people a showing... 50 would walk out....100 wouldnt know WTF to think and then another 50 would respond positively...

Start out with
1. Fredom to Facism-Rena Russo
2. Loose Change 3rd edition
3. Martial Law -Alex Jones
4. Orwell Rolls in His Grave
5. The Corporation

Just the movies that I ended up having the most sucess with...
Again their are alot to choose from but it just depends on your audience.

Good Luck Bro

On the failing economy: Zeitgeist Addendum
http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...05277695921912
The venus project (last half) is interesting but maybe not immediately important.

On conspiracy stuff: Big Brother, the Big Picture by David Icke
http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...06431016278751
This is maybe a bit lengthy and on some points specific for the UK
But David Icke knows the details very well ....

Success

nivosh, i think it depends on your audience. i really like orions choices, though.

the michael tsarion origins and oracle DVDs are great for those with a religious background. if theyre religious, zeitgeist will antagonize them right away. stay off that until theyre ready for it. if theyre not religious, zeitgeist is a great choice.

the money masters is very easy to understand. its not a high budget film, but its content very good.
id also look into the BBC collection, 'the power of nightmares'. very well done 3 part documentary on politics and "terrorism" thats created today. the 3rd part is the juiciest... parts 1 and 2 are more historical.

alex jones films generally discourage people... i wouldnt show them. theyre chock full of information, but it turns people off initially with his in your face style.

if your audience has a nutritional/health background, go with 'the world according to monsanto', 'patent for a pig', or 'the future of food'.
id also show them 'sweet misery' (aspartame), the 'cell phone war' and 'christopher bryson presents the fluoride deception'.

i like going the nutritional/health route because theres plenty of hard evidence. start with the information with the hardest evidence.

you can download them for free at www.wideeyecinema.com if you cant do it on google video.

Singyousing, thanks for posting those links. Many there I haven't come across before.

Nivosh,

I posted this documentary site in the Esoteric Agenda thread but in case you missed it:
http://www.trueworldhistory.info/

Presents all the information in a logical sequence.

Also have a look around this site. There are some good clips you can just e mail people with. The 6th one down does a pretty good job of describing the mind numbing effects of TV.

Searching for the truth:
http://lifetruth.weebly.com/

Someone recently put this video up on google which is a good summary of the agenda. Basically a compilation of various videos, a bit long winded in places but quite good overall.

I thought I would add another video to this list:

Lindsey Williams The Energy Non-Crisis

This is a good eye opener for the closed minded!!

You may want to veer away from Alex Jones if you are starting off. Yes, he knows about what is going on and he is trying to inform the public, but frankly, he's kind of a scaremonger. He is really intense and tends to spread off-information because he gets so passionate about it.

Save Alex Jones for later, he'll just make you scared and that is not good for anyone.

what's up nivosh,

You've got plenty of material to get through here I know, but if I understand your original inquiry correctly, then you are looking to bring some important info to some newly interested open minds?

If that is the case, then I would start off w/ something that has a cohesive story line, a regular movie so to speak. I suggest "Network".
http://video.google.com/videoplay?do...=network&hl=en Found the entire movie on google video.
I was just thinking about this movie the other day and started a thread about it. It's old (1976), but still extremely relevant, not to mention that it's just a good movie.

The story is fairly dark: "The story opens with long-time "UBS Evening News" anchor Howard Beale being fired because of the show's low ratings. He has two more weeks on the air, but the following night, Beale announces on live television that he will commit suicide during an upcoming live broadcast."

This movie had me thinking for awhile. It's a good intro for someone just beginning to look into why this world is so f*@ked up.

After that, I agree w/ Orion Morris, that Aaron Russo's film would be good, although it's focusd on U.S. issues mainly. I would hold off on the Alex Jones for a bit though.

Maybe Bill and Kerry can put all their interviews together and make a documentary for the world to see - let's see, - maybe they can call it something like -

No more hot dogs, pop corn or food for you.
or
While sitting watching the Simpsons your world is being manipulated by reptilians. - no, how about,

The destruction of the people of earth - by the people, for the people.

A Great Starting Point, extremely factual film, lots of EVIDENCE, and not at all
outlandish.

I watched it last night, a really good intro to what's goin on by a really down to earth guy.
Follow the money, as they say.

From the Wilderness - The CIA Connection - 138 min - Mar 2, 2007

Michael Ruppert is the author of Crossing The Rubicon: The Decline of the American Empire at the End of the Age of Oil.
