Our form is naught but atoms in movement of the same sacredness as the grain of sand or the distant star. All form has an aloted life span.
What we truly are is formless awareness and eternal.
Ego !! who needs it?
We are beyond that.

With love Chris

You are not beyond it, you talk from it. You asks to be free of desire, from being full of desire as a condition; totally nonsense. Your ego is your desires, everyone of them, from wanting to be above, or wanting to trascend it. You despise yourself, that way. You are a human trying to avoid being human, trying to develop techniques to be alive without position on the cosmos. You cannot see yourself tiny, because you want to be above the pathetic being you are right now!.

You have to recognice how pathetic you are to love yourself, really. To see whatīs beyond. You dont know what love is, you arent able to love yourself, with so much "i wanna be"...

quite right

desire for that

is the thorn to uproot

the seeds of desire

so the worlds do not spring up again

and soil us

That gives sense to your actitude. Donīt feel ashamed. You had your reasons to be at it, i understand. I respect your decisions. So thatīs my love towards you. I dont ask you to trust what im saying man, im just asking.... just not to be afraid of yourself, of being the human being you are; you know, i need human beings to be around me, i need real persons, to be here! in this earth;.... why people ask to leave always.... why pčople encourage others to be above what we are now, because they are unhappy here??!!!, thatīs destructive!.

If they want to make this world something better to live in, letīs all of us be what we are, so we can win the battle we think we are fighting.

I dont think there is another way.

Very wise RedeZra

The thorn is used to remove the thorn then both are thrown away.

The ego hears of enliightenment and wants it, it becomes a spiritual ego little realising that it is signing its own death warrent.

Nothing needs to be added - Not this not this leads to the answer to the question what am I? its a subtraction process.

Before enlightenment
Chopping wood --- fetching water.

After enlightenment
Chopping wood ------ fetching water.

Thanks
Chris

you only can be loved when you showyourself as something mortal.

Love is a feeling that only has sense under the mortal realms, so to speak.

vulnerability is the only main source of love.

I thank you for your love Leunamros and I can sense it.
I havent had a drink for 35 years its long gone and all the fear that went with it. Its an illness why would anyone be ashamed of being ill?

I came to love myself enough to want to be the best me I can be.

Have a look at all the posts on this thred if you havent allready.

Having met Eckhart Tolle and others who are enlightened I can say that they are full of love, compasion and you feel good for having spent time with them.

There is so much missunderstanding about enlightenment.

The closer you get to knowing your true self the more understanding and loving you are towards others. The less selfish you become the less the ego has a hold on you.
As you leave the ego behind the more truly human humaine you become.

Love Chris

Man, itīs not about how many other "enlightened beings" have you met, letting their influence near around you to be as an anesthesic for your own pains . Itīs about how much you respect yourself?. Anesthesics donīt heal, just hide.

I was talking about you recoving your power but you dont care a **** about it. You only want to forget the past, so ok, this is ended.

With respect you have read a few words from me. The words are not who I am
Leunamros.
You know nothing of me or my life.
All I can say is that through having the humility to listen to those who had a degree of balance and sobriety, my life if now happy and productive.
I am blessed with five children all a credit to me and three grand children.

Wishing you well on your journey young man.

so my opinion means nothing now, ok.

My tendency is to heal people.

I will explain how it works:

- if anyone shows something that makes them feel pain, i ask them to tell it publicly.

- after that it is done, everyone knows what itīs about.

- So he, donīt feels he is alone, with his pain.

Your opinion is just as valid as mine.
But I do care a ********* as do all the other writers on this thread many saying much the same kind of thing as I have been saying in there own way.

Genuinely I wish you well. The way that you see life is right for you. life is very individual.

Think the pupose of forums is to share.
You are relatively young Leunamros so who knows whats ahead of you.
Alcholism is known as the lonelyness illness so I know how that feels realising that it can feel good to be alone in your power.
Im going off for a while.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts.

I would respectfully sugest that anyone who is interested in transending the ego or finding out why its a "good idea" go to the website of Dr David Hawkins a mystic of our time.

Thats great eleni.
Ive read most of the books and had a hand shake from him at the "Living the prayer" seminar.

I have read many books but for me he reveals the Ultimate truth in the greatest but clearest depth.

A hand shake may not seem much but therafter my fear of hights was removed without asking for this to happen.

Please write some more eleni, are you living in Sedona?
You can write me a personal message if you wish.

Don't you know that you should respect your elders!!

You have brought negativity to a beautiful thread and I think you should apologise.

Hi Greybeard,
I used to live near Sedona. However when I met him I was not living near Sedona but visiting. I visit there from time to time.

I have his CD's too- nice to listen to in the car.

That said I don't agree with everything he says (for example he doesn't believe in UFO's and numerous other things I know exist) so I do see limitations but no one has all the answers so I'll excuse him!

Hi eleni
Havent heard him say that he dosent believe in UFO,s ( not questioning what you heard) but heard him say in general that we dont need to look for somthing outwith ourselves to save us.
All the truth that we need has been in form ie Jesus Krisna etc.
Certainly he has spoken of the reality of other realms.
Thanks for your reply
