High blood pressure
Hi all
Amongst all the remedies and herbal aids I have read on here, I have failed to see one for hypertension , high blood pressure. Does anyone know of any, I ask because i take types of med to control mine and would love to lose the scarey side effects they give. Thanks Donny |

Re: High blood pressure
Hi,
I had the same problem and the same worries about the side effects of allopathic medications. Start here: http://www.earthclinic.com/Remedies/cayenne.html and use the information therein to expand your search to find out more about the effects of cayenne. Follow that with a Google search for: Dr. Batmanghelidj/Your bodies many cries for water. Feel free to send me a private message if you'd like me to send you some stuff to read. Stay Well Mike |

Re: High blood pressure
Question, does hypertension cause ringing in the ears? because mine ring all the time, sometimes louder than others. Yes I've been a smoker for 30 years, but not overweight at all, and eat pretty good. Just wondering, Thanks, Dan

Re: High blood pressure
Hey Donny,
i can give you some info, my father has had high blood pressure for many years and was taking medication also, he finally was persuaded to go to a health food store, there the man recommended garlic and cayenne pepper unfortunately it had no effect (not say this hasn’t helped many people). A company called naka, located in Canada have a liquid supplement called Nutri-heart Dietary Supplement heart health (which was recommended to him for high blood pressure) this has helped him tremendously!!!!!! not only his blood pressure but he claims his vision has improved, anyway he buys it on the internet. Hope this helps Last edited by munit; 10-15-2008 at 11:56 PM. |

There are several causes for hypertension. Such as: overweight, kidney diseases, stress and so on. Ofcourse, doing something about these can regulate the hypertension better. Next to taken medication to control hypertension, you could try a supplementary treatment, with no medication, but tapping into your "heart intelligence" . I would recommend investigating: "the Heartmath technique". It is easy to do, no medication needed, can be applied where ever you are. It also is beneficial for your immune system, for coping with everyday stress. It could lower the amount of medication needed to regulate your hypertension. The website to visit is: www.heartmath.org (US website) For members located in the UK: www.hunterkane.com For members located in the BENELUX: www.heartmathbenelux.nl Or you could look it up at www.heartmath.com.au/alliances/index.html There is also a book which I would recommend reading: " Managing Hypertension " by Bruce C. Wilson, MD and Doc Childre (the Heartmath approach to Managing Hypertension: the proven, natural way to lower your bloodpressure) Many blessings. Namaste! |
