UFO filmed in the UK 22.08.09

This flew over me yesterday.
the really strange thing is that when it came over me it looked like the size of a small aeroplane. I ran to get the camera and it was then a couple of miles away and had stopped. It then sped up very quickly and the black image appeared when it got further away. It's the second weirdest thing I've ever seen. Also the wind was very calm this evening so logic doesn't point toward it being a balloon or lantern.
