Default trigger points and back pain

Pain, pain, pain go away!! OMG

Cannot get rid of this debilitating back pain. I know about the trigger points but with travel have not had the time to care for myself. Have resorted to self medicating with JD from Tennessee.

Can't wait to have Sleepy Time tea at bedtime rather than what is keeping my pain at bay.

Any thoughts?

If you have not visited a good chiropractor yet, you really need to before doing anything else or listening to me. Stay the course, go at least six times - it may take 30 (it did me).

The work of Louise Hay may be useful in determining any non-physical root cause.

If you are a lady in high heels, stop. (Wearing heels that is, not being a lady )

My sense is that the one of the origins is just below the halfway mark of your back, in the muscle groups either side of the spine. They are tight and need releasing - a vibrating massager could be used to do that.

A..

I have been through the gamut when it comes to back and cervical pain
In 1999 I was involved in a MVA Semi vs Mini P/U needless to say I lost that battle, now war had been declared on my spine.
I was lucky enough at the time( or thought I was lucky) to be living in SoCal and had been to a leading chiropractor in La Jolla Ca. He was somehow working with a group of Neurologists and pain specialists at Sharps Hospital and they actually did a documentary on me.
I was filmed having these TPI's (Trigger point injections)@ Sharps Hosp. They then would have me go to the Chiropractor and do manipulations while under the effect of these injections. While filming the progress, at one point they thought they had developed some kind of ground breaking medical treatment protocol.
The TPI's were helpful but where short lived.
I then moved on to a series of Epidural steroid injections, which were more effective, lasted longer, but have some very strange and not so good long term side affects. I now have what they call spastic torticollis.
I finally had spinal fusion done and it worked until about 2 years ago
I am now a chronic pain patient and I refuse to let them cut on me again. Ill just take my meds and get relief that way.
I don't think they have perfected their procedures and me being the guinea pig I was, have the scars, spasms, pain and bad memories to prove it
My suggestions! Stay Informed, do your research. Find the best in their field and insist that they do the procedures ,not some student just learning

My thought or rather my observation as I can see your problem is this. Breating will be a good start for you since it is very restricted today in your body. It is a very good way to use breating as a self help kit to get a kick start in the healing process. And in your case, also be brave and have courage in time, let the time work for you and not against you. You are looking for fast result and a fast time solution, dont do that, let it take time and become friend with the clock.

Looking from another perspective on your issue, from a perspective beyond time and space this is what I observe. It is wise to listen to the inner voice that constantly tells you how to find balance in everything that you do. It whispers in the wind and is not heard when stress hangs over your head all the time. Be still and listen to your own wisdom from within. Learn this and a lot will change in your life if you allow it to happen.
