in his camelot interview of september 10 2008 David Wilcock talked about the spiritual cycle of 18 days, refering to page 100 of the lwa o one book 3. First nine days are spiritual high, nine last less. Top of your spiritual activity is on the 3rd 4th and 5th day.

here is the program where you can calculate the amount of days you have been on earth. Divide taht by 18 and you know how many cycles you have. Teh remainder will give you indication where you at in the current one.
