Default The Amygdala clicking forward

Hey,

Did any of you guys listen to Kerry's interview with guest Albert Venczel?

OK, at one point near the end of the hour he offhandedly mentioned "clicking the Amygdala forward". This is something I had read about and practiced 5 or 6 years ago, but had pretty much forgotten. I started to do it again today and boy, it really does work! I thought I'd mention it for those who may not be familiar with the practice, it's really easy to do and like I said, the results are immediate.

Try it!

Thank you Pilot ,

I had read something about this lately but now thanks to your reference I understand it
I think it's usefull to identify these two patterns that we experience in our being : one that is mere survival of the body and the other that is more of a soul like manifestation.

Love from me

Hi Mudra,

yes interesting it is. These kind of practices do a lot of good I think, maybe more than we realize. I am now going to go imagine a feather.

Also EFT has been a good practice for me lately, and acupressure massage of the face. I feel good a lot of the time thanks to these things. Feeling good is the definition of higher vibration.

I am very grateful for the Avalon gang, the people here are very inspiring.

Thanks for the link. Any new tools for the toolbox are always appreciated. Also, EFT is one of the easiest most powerful tools I have run into. Works great for clearing stuff and stopping colds and the flu.

I'd like to describe the "feather" effect, what I experience when I visualize the stimulation of the amygdala, just in case it might be helpful.

OK, as soon as I do this, sometimes I get a very slight metallic taste in my throat, (I know that might sound weird) then that sensation you get when you go over a hill in a car...kids say "it took my tummy"... that happens too, but not as extreme...then the whole tickling sensation is present throughout my body, mostly from the throat to the lower abdomen. I usually can't keep this going for too long - I have not been able to keep the focus intact long enough to cause the eventual effect that is described as the best sex times 100 or whatever they say. Some kind of super breakthrough will happen.

Please any one share what kind of experience you're having with this.

Potential Tie-In / Consideration:

About a week or so ago, there was an Avalon Thread About this - Search now yields zero (?)

Lightbulb Kechari

(Sky) Piolet

In This Feed-Back-Loop, Info. on Amy G. Dala came first.

Some time later, in a Yahoo Sun Gazing Group, somebody noted Kechari Mudra .......

Kechari mudra practice is somewhat more complicated and involved than this amygdala stimulation. I guess it's not exactly the same thing, but it sounds similar, and the drawing you posted suggests the same effect, because the yellow band indicates the same area of the body I feel an effect.

As I practice it daily, it seems to be getting easier and easier to remain focussed and not have the impulse to stop. I will accept this a a good sign.

Progress report:

This is getting interesting, each night I do this practice, visualize the feather tickling the front of the 2 amygdala...it's more of a "felt" thing than a visual thing. That is, I did visualize the feather at first, but now after a few days it isn't necessary, I can "feel" the sensation of the feather-and this is the interesting part: the location (in my head anyway) is about and inch or so behind the eyes. Once I was able to focus on that particular spot something happened. An involuntary eye roll, it felt like my eyes were rolling a full turn inside my head, I did not "do" this, it just happened. It feels like pressure. The other sensations were what you might think of as electrical signals popping in and around my eyes and 3rd eye area, and along the length of the forehead. This lasts for about a minute or two, and then relaxes back into the former state.

There is a forum where people discuss technique and someone mentioned this sensation. The eye roll. The pressure builds up before the eventual "pop". Many people compare it to an orgasm of the brain. I can understand why. The build up of tension, then a release. The advice is to keep at it until you "hit the jackpot".
