http://edition.cnn.com/2009/WORLD/af...ary/index.html

Rape has turned into a weapon of war in the Democratic Republic of Congo, with the number of attacks on women having grown threefold over the past few years, human rights activists said Friday.

Yes burgundy, this is truly a sad commentary of the negative state of our
3D plane of existence and evolution
And as a true believer in a reincarnational (cursed) cycle on this planet,
I believe humankind has been in a frozened state (through a regressively planned programing loop),
from its true origin of spiritual-self > since the times of the fallen ones (angels).
I also believed, that many of us (humans) have often experienced incarnations (both as male and female), on this planet.
Which speaks volumes too the impressive mark, this ultimate act of cruelty has left upon our being's conscious minds
For > we continue to perpetrate it (again and again) upon each other.
Hopefully, those of us here > will evolve and move on from this state of being.

I just heard about this too on mainstream. It's been a deal in Africa (and everywhere - the spoils of war) for a long time. Like the African gents who think they can cure their AIDS by raping girl babies.

Talk about chattel. I really hope these issues catch momentum.

In Canada - this bill is in the House now re mining etc.
