As a journalist I experienced American foreign policy in my country. I was fighting this policy. It is bad policy everywhere in the world. This policy produced an unseen hatred toward America worldwide. It is imperialistic policy.
But American policy is not America, not American people.
American people are suffering the biggest socio-political experiments in the world.
I believe that the love for Freedom of American people will soon return back their America, the real America. America of hope.
America should reconcile with the world and...with itself.
No one can rule the world through military power.
Free and peaceful America is most important for all of us.
And I know that in the moment when American people liberate their country, it will be the start of the liberation of the whole world.

Oliver is right on, and to back that up , in my 47 years on this earth I have NEVER heard one american speak of taking over someone elses country, EVER! All that is spoke of is getting a job done where we are asked to do in defense of freedom and liberty for any country that may need assistance, we will go. That is at the direction of our leaders. ( There is much awakening happening here in regards to that) I would say most americans want to see the people of the world to prosper and thrive as much as your ambition will let you. Were not above anyone's culture or country of it's people ,but we will always be there when you need us.

Just as the tsunami happened in Banda Ache, Not many people know this but the U.S. government donated I think 350 million in relief, The American people donated out of their own pockets a total of 2 BILLION DOLLARS. We give til it hurts in this country and will find more money (not borrowed) when need be if needed. That's the american way.

People are good, power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely.
The innocent lives that will be lost in the process of liberation is a price that most people are afraid of, so nothing happens. The fact is innocent lives are being lost everyday, some in America, mostly in the developing countries of the world.

People are led from one crisis to the next, keeping them ever fearful of what is just around the corner. When the dust settles after many years some people recognize that the crises was generated for a specific purpose, and others remain caught up in the day to day activities.

Education and knowledge are the keys to winning this spiritual war of good versus evil. No one else is going to liberate humanity from evil, but you. The power of the pen or your voice is greater than anything that can be used against you.

I agree with Ron Paul regarding the closing of foreign military bases. His book 'A Foreign Policy of Freedom' represents the way things should be. The US Military should not be the UN's B!+ch! Things are way out of control. Legitimate Constitutional Law and Order must be restored.

My attempts to reach out to my family and friends in the past have failed miserably!

But I'm trainable!

Each day that I learn more of the underhanded **** this Country has done to other Countries, I feel pain and in my heart it hurts to finally understand why they HATE US........I will never understand the reasoning for any of what happened and I am not sure I ever will. I just want it to end here and now and to never get to this point again

Seashore - OK, I have to admit that I have had unusual success. I throw around interesting 'factoids' {knock on wood } like Tango's talking points, ones that are REALLY important to me. I mentioned to some business someone (mainstreet) jokingly that he should market to ETs. He laughed! (People are desperate!)

My family, it started with, 'Y'know, I just don't trust that 9/11 story.' A few of them said me neither, and told me a few things too. That took me aback. If something political is bugging me, I'll ask people for advice. It's not like I have all the answers. It also seems the more I look, the more strange everything gets anyway. It's nice to get other people's points of view.

Sometimes I also just rant Anyway, enjoy your Christmas and family Seashore, if that's what you're up to. THAT'S the main thing. You can always log back on here and talk with Avalon about it.

I found that a good method to encourage critical thinking and to wake people up, is to ask certain questions, let them think and come up with their own answers. it is like a "hands-on" excercise. They usually draw the right conclusion and they believe it more...because nobody has told them so...they said it themselves....so...they are not going to say that they lie to themselves...
