Can we get a confirmation on this Story? The speaker? Is he who he claims he is?
With different HAARP stations stategically placed all over the world,this looks like it should be examined more closely.
Bouncing "beams" in the upper skies makes sense to me.
I live in Lake Tahoe,California....Let's not even argue about my knowing the difference between a "contrail or chemtrail".
Even my kids can see a crisscross in the sky and tell me we're getting sprayed again. Or Shielded? Or Bouncing Haarp radiation shielded?

I'm not convinced it is for anything miltary based (strategicly) if they concentrate only on highly populated areas specifically. It could be for mind control maybe and suppression this I could agree with.

London gets sprayed regularly and it really depends on the direction the wind blows as to which side of London gets the most spray.

My intution says we are the target for the aluminium torsion shielding effects so we do not evolve. Sorry to tell them it isn't working with me... Once you are convinced they are doing it you just have to get on with counter acting it and detoxing more...

I look forward to the day when they quit and leave our skys alone.
