Well it was the result of a design competition, so I think you would have to ask the winner :P
From what I read in the article though it hasn't even been built yet, so maybe they will throw some pentagrams and sacred G's on it during the process hehe |

It appears that the trees in the corner are on the 13th floor. That should be enough symbolism to work with for now.
