UN Treaty No. 14202
http://untreaty.un.org/unts/1_60000/27/20/00052955.pdf Canada and United States of America Agreement relating to the exchange of information on weather modification activities. Signed at Washington on 26 March 1975 "The Government of Canada and the United States of America, "Aware, because of their geographic proximity, that the effects of weather modification activities carried out by either Party or its nationals may affect the territory of the other; "Noting the diversity of weather modification activities in both Canada and the United States by *private parties*, by State and Provincial authorities, and by the Federal Governments; ..." This makes me wonder who doesn't control the weather (see: weather control in wikipedia), especially now, 34 years later! Not us NATO ground folk, who are not in the insurance business, not in the war business, not in the think tanker air business, not in the nuclear submarine business. Let's also consider radio in geomagnetic field lines. Is there vibrational cooking and melting of the Arctic polar icecaps? There must be great heat emitted from these facilities across the polar region. HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program): The project is jointly funded by the United States Air Force, the Navy, the University of Alaska and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency [2] (DARPA). The system was designed and built by Advanced Power Technologies, Inc.[citation needed] (APTI) and since 2003, by BAE Systems Inc. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_Fr...search_Program Russian HAARPSKI (Sura): The term stands for interrelation between the solar activity, magnetosphere and ionosphere perturbations and developments in the atmosphere. Perturbations in the magnetosphere and ionosphere can really impact climate. Using powerful equipment for deliberately bringing about perturbations, one can impact weather too, even on a global scale. I believe the deputies were right in finally raising the issue regarding the experiments in the U.S.,” said Mr. Stasenko. http://english.pravda.ru/science/19/...urricanes.html Norwegian HAARPJA... ................................................. Re: Don't talk about the weather
I'm sure this is out of place, but this post got me thinking about it...again. Feel free to yell at me...but in your flaming if you could provide a link to the proper forum, that would be great.
Given how long this has been going on, and how many people I speak to on the street who have have either NEVER heard the word 'chemtrail' or simply see them as neither out-of-place nor dangerous...what exactly does it take? These things have been out there taking up the whole sky for more than a decade. We've collectively woken up to so much, I'm sure someone wiser than myself has been collecting the pieces, putting them together, archiving the empirical evidence...so... What's the trigger? Where's the wake up button? What did it take for you to open your eyes? + = & -> Last edited by apprehensive_phoenix; 05-13-2009 at 02:08 AM. |

Re: Don't talk about the weather
it took someone who knew what was going on to ask me, "think about contrails, how long do they actually last?" "How long has it been, if ever, that you've seen clouds that make right angles to each other?" "Do contrails start out as lines and then drop down in long drapes?"
I mean, I knew about chemtrails, but it took teaching me how to look at them that helped. alys |
