NO, unless it's backed by a tangeable asset and not in control of a few elites.
I won't go in to how bartering would throw society back only a few thousand years in progression, not to mention the cataclismic financial effects it would have world wide. It would be my guess the majority of us have very little to offer up to barter to those that hold the food. |
