Re: Anti Gravity Research And The Missing Dr. Ning Li
I posted these out of order. This should precede the post above.
Impulse Gravity Generator Based on Charged YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-y} Superconductor with Composite Crystal Structure The YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-y} is what Podkletnov used in his device, as an FYI. Quote:

Provided by Zorgon:
John Lear has said (amongst other things) that we already have 'anti-gravity' engines... I hate that term but it's what everyone thinks of so... Well where did he get that idea from? How about his dad William Powell Lear who actually worked on them? Well I pulled out a few key points from a 66 page report because I know just how many will even open it :P Project Winterhaven 1952 PROJECT WINTERHAVEN A PROPOSAL FOR JOINT SERVICES RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT THE TOWNSEND BROWN FOUNDATION 416 Bowen Building Washington 5, D. C. (Non-profit corporation, Ohio-1938) Yes I said 1952!!! And the foundation was founded in 1938 BEFORE WWII. Now surely we all know TT Brown? Quote:
Military Applications? Go figure Quote:

BIGGER VERSION PROJECT WINTERHAVEN PDF Now to those others that ARE interested... there are a lot of names places and timelines listed in this chart and documents... namely all the key players in the project.. I have not yet had time to track these all down... William Lear however did publish books http://www.thelivingmoon.com/47john_...u.html#William http://www.thelivingmoon.com/47john_..._Lear_001.html |

As well from Zorgon:

Method of Delivering Lunar Generated Fluid to Earth Orbit Using an External Tank Publication number: US5092545 Publication date: 1992-03-03 Inventor: BUTTERFIELD ANSEL J (US); GOSLEE JOHN W (US) Applicant: NASA (US) ABSTRACT A method and apparatus are provided for delivering lunar generated fluid to Earth orbit from lunar orbit. Transport takes place in an external tank of a shuttle which has been suitably outfitted in Earth orbit for reusable travel between Earth orbit and a lunar orbit. The outfitting of the external tank includes the adding of an engine, an electrical system, a communication system, a guidance system, an aerobraking device, and a plurality of interconnected fluid storage tanks to the hydrogen and oxygen tanks of the external tank. The external tank is then propelled to lunar orbit the first time using Earth based propellant. In lunar orbit, the storage tanks are filled with the lunar generated fluid with the remainder tank volumes filled with lunar generated liquid oxygen and hydrogen which serve as propellants for returning the tank to Earth orbit where the fluid is off-loaded. The remaining lunar generated oxygen and hydrogen is then sufficient to return the external tank to lunar orbit so that a subsequent cycle of fluid delivery is repeated. A space station in a higher Earth orbit is preferably used to outfit the external tank, and a lunar node in lunar orbit is used to store and transfer the fluid and liquid oxygen and hydrogen to the external tank. The lunar generated fluid is preferably 3He. http://www.thelivingmoon.com/45jack_...quila_003.html |

Chinese High Frequency Gravitational Wave Detector
This is the first stage in the business agreement between the Chinese and Gravwave. They have shown China how to detect HFGW's. The next step is to help them build a deflecting device. Baker has used fractal designs to affect this: Fractal membrane powerpoint presentation Once they have done this, they plan to start helping them build a gravity generator that acts in the HFGW frequency. If you do get through it all and want to throw more in, please do. I really do wonder where Dr. Li went. There are many, many more missing scientists (Zorgon thinks they have gone off world....i tend to wonder, myself).

Re: Anti Gravity Research And The Missing Dr. Ning Li
yes, there is. i would really like to know of any updates anyone may happen across in any chance occurances. If you are researching something, and it applies to Ning Li, Podkletnov, Baker, or Koczor, please post it here to add to the volume.
She can't have vanished. I think she is working for DoD, if you want my opnion. She was removed from public view so that her work wouldn't see the light of day. Another layer in the onion. |
