I think this is a scam of the first water. Just because someone gives you a tracking number it doesn't tell you what the number is tracking. It could be someone's Aunt Phoebe's last year fruitcake. Also, the address is not written as an American address would be written.

The problem is (well my problem is) that being hauled off by IRS goons is not something I need right now. I assume that unless one had an excellent lawyer, it would be difficult to fight the Feds on not paying income taxes.

They only get you when you file. They can never file for you,so they use scare tactics. Its all voluntary until you file. They can not say what you owe if you don't file. They are a joke.
