Balancing the energies on October 7

This morning before getting out of bed I did the following chakra balancing especially for this day:

Root Chakra--Help me to ground to Mother Earth and remember that Earth loves us and will still provide for us. Feet on the ground, eyes to the sky, I breathe in Mother Earth.

Sacral Chakra--Help me remember my true power in this world resides with my higher self who will always guide me to safety and prosperity.

Solar Plexus--Help me remember who I truly am, even in times of chaos. Give me the energy to do what needs to be done.

Heart Chakra--Heal my heart and help me to send compassion and love to all on the planet.

Throat Chakra--Help me speak my truth to those that need to hear it, and to hold my tongue when it doesn't serve the higher good.

Third Eye--Thank you for the clear sight you bring me, and help me to see the higher good in what transpires.

Crown Chakra--Keep my connection to source open at all times.
