As we move forward and prepare please be mindful there is a real agenda against YOU.... or anyone else on Avalon wanting to form sustainable communities.

This NWO mindset has manufactured a program to convince all Americans to be more giving, to be more sustainable, to serve others, but their real intent is to not allow that to happen. This is evident not only when inventors of wonderful new sources of energy are assassinated, but when law enforcement is trained to be the local paramilitary police state that they have now become.

And that same mindset and program, is being implemented to brainwash local and county law enforcement to take the ability away from you to participate in sustaining yourself ...with food. They do not want you to grow food, they do not want you to store food, and definitely not sell it to others.

So, how close are we to having our stored food taken from us? That time is already here. Before you worry about hungry marauders breaking in and stealing your food because they have none, be aware the political agenda is much more dangerous and you need to be aware that the Fourth Reich is here and wants your stored food.

On Monday, December 1, a SWAT team with semi-automatic rifles entered the private home of the Stowers family in LaGrange, Ohio, herded the family onto the couches in the living room, and kept guns trained on parents, children, infants and toddlers, from approximately 11 AM to 8 PM. The team was aggressive and belligerent. The children were quite traumatized. At some point, the "bad cop" SWAT team was relieved by another team, a "good cop" team that tried to befriend the family. The Stowers family has run a very large, well-known food cooperative called Manna Storehouse on the western side of the greater Cleveland area for many years.

There were agents from the Department of Agriculture present, one of them identified as Bill Lesho. The search warrant is reportedly suspicious-looking. Agents began rifling through all of the family's possessions, a task that lasted hours and resulted in a complete upheaval of every private area in the home. Many items were taken that were not listed on the search warrant. The family was not permitted a phone call, and they were not told what crime they were being charged with. They were not read their rights. Over ten thousand dollars worth of food was taken, including the family's personal stock of food for the coming year. All of their computers, and all of their cell phones were taken, as well as phone and contact records. The food cooperative was virtually shut down. There was no rational explanation, nor justification, for this extreme violation of Constitutional rights.

Presumably Manna Storehouse might eventually be charged with running a retail establishment without a license. Why then the Gestapo-type interrogation for a 3rd degree misdemeanor charge? This incident has raised the ominous specter of a restrictive new era in State regulation and enforcement over the nation's private food supply.

The present circumstance raises the obvious question: is there some rabid new interpretation of an existing drug law that considers food a controlled substance worthy of a nasty SWAT operation? Or worse, is there a previously unrecognized provision(s) pertaining to food in the Homeland Security measures? Some have suggested that it was merely an out-of-control, hot-to-trot ODA agent, and, if so, this would be a best-case scenario. Anything else might spell the beginning of the end for the freedom to eat unregulated and unmonitored food.

One blogger familiar with the Ohio situation has reported that:
"Interestingly, I believe they [Manna Storehouse] said a month or so ago, an undercover ODA official came to their little store and claimed to have a sick father wanting to join the co-op. Both the owner and her daughter-in-law had a horrible feeling about the man, and decided not to allow him into the co-op and notified him by certified mail. He came back to the co-op demanding to be part of it. They refused and gave him names of other businesses and health food stores closer to his home. Not coincidentally, this man was there yesterday as part of the raid."

The same blog also noted that the Ohio Department of Agriculture has been chastised by the courts in several previous instances for its aggression, including trying to entrap an Amish man in a raw milk "sale," which backfired when it became known that the Amish believe in a literal interpretation of "give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away" (Matthew 5:42)

The issue appears to be the discovery of a bit of non-institutional beef in an Oberlin College food service freezer a year ago that was tracked down by a county sanitation official to Manna Storehouse. Oberlin College's student food coop is widely known for its strident ideological stance about eating organic foods. It seems that the Oberlin student food cooperative had joined the Manna Storehouse food cooperative in order to buy organic foods in bulk from the national organic food distributor United, which services buying clubs across the nation. The sanitation official, James Boddy, evidently contacted the Ohio Department of Agriculture. After the first contact by state ODA officials, Manna Storehouse reportedly wrote them a letter requesting assistance and guidelines for complying with the law. This letter was never answered. Rather, the ODA agent tried several times to infiltrate the coop, as described above. When his attempts failed, the SWAT team showed up!

The groups also purchase food from a number of different local, regional and national distributors, many of them family-based businesses who truck the food themselves. Some of these food cooperatives have become large enough to set up mini-storefront operations where members can drop in and purchase items leftover from case lot sales. Manna Storehouse had established itself in such a manner, using a small enclosed breezeway attached to their home. It was a folksy place with old wooden floors where coop members stopped by to chat and snack on bags of organic corn chips.

The state of Ohio boasts the second largest Amish population in the country. Many of the Amish live on acreages where they raise their own food, not unlike Manna Storehouse, and sell off the extras to neighbors and church members. There is a sense of foreboding that this state crackdown on a longstanding, reputable food cooperative operation could adversely impact the peaceful agrarian way of life not only for the Amish, but homeschoolers and those families living off the land on rural acreages. It raises the disturbing possibility that it could become a crime to raise your own food, buy eggs from the farmer down the road, or butcher your own chickens for family and friends – bustling activities that routinely take place in rural America.

The freedom to purchase food directly form the source is increasingly under attack. For those who have food allergies and chemical intolerances, or who are on special medical diets, this is becoming a serious health issue. Will Americans retain the right to purchase food that is uncontaminated by pesticides, herbicides, allergens, additives, dyes, preservatives, MSG, GMOs, radiation, etc.?

One blog, commenting on the bizarre and troubling Manna Storehouse situation, observed that:

"No one is saying exactly why. At the same time the FDA says it is safe to eat the 40% of tainted beef found in Costco's and Sam's all over the nation. These farm raids are very common now. Every farmer needs to fully equipped [sic] for the possibility of it happening to them. The Farmer To Consumer Legal Defense Fund was created just for this purpose. The USDA just released their plans to put a law into action that will put all small farmers out of business. Animals for the sale of meat or milk will only be allowed in commercial farms, even the organic ones." December 3, 2008 7:09 PM

This is the third thread started using this incident in Ohio as fodder. It was NOT a SWAT team. Come on, guys, read the other threads. Let's stop playing boogyman. Sheesh. And, TBH, unless you grow your own food, you don't know for sure what you're getting, whether you get it from the store or from someone like Manna, who buys from others - and who knows for sure who the others got theirs from.

It's all great and dandy, on the web, to say that the search warrant looked suspicious - we have no way of knowing if it's the truth, or not, and it's one person's opinion. What made it suspicious? Was it printed on newsprint? Was it printed on a computer?

And are these people Amish? Is that why this has been brought into the story? Looks like these people were running a retail establishment without a license - wonder what else they could have been doing illegally, if they were willing to do that illegally? Say something was organic when it wasn't? See, the reasoning runs both ways - and that might well have been the question when the search warrant was issued.

The biggest way to protect yourself would be to grow your own food - even in a city. You can grow quite a bit on a patio using square foot gardening. Just don't try to sell it to someone else <G>.

It doesn't matter if the swat team story is true or not.
Don't use this as an excuse to go back to sleep!

The principles brought to mind in this story remain valid.
The executive orders and policies remain in effect. To wit:

First is from Executive Orders in place dating back to 1939 which Clinton has grouped together under one order, EO #12919 released on June 6, 1994. The following EOs all fall under EO#12919:

10995--Federal seizure of all communications media in the US;
10997--Federal seizure of all electric power, fuels, minerals, public and private;
10998--Federal seizure of all food supplies and resources, public and private and all farms and equipment;
10999--Federal seizure of all means of transportation, including cars, trucks, or vehicles of any kind and total control over all highways, seaports and water ways;
11000--Federal seizure of American people for work forces under federal supervision, including the splitting up of families if the government so desires;
11001--Federal seizure of all health, education and welfare facilities, both public and private;
11002--Empowers the Postmaster General to register every single person in the US
11003--Federal seizure of all airports and aircraft;
11004--Federal seizure of all housing and finances and authority to establish forced relocation. Authority to designate areas to be abandoned as "unsafe," establish new locations for populations, relocate communities, build new housing with public funds;
11005--Seizure of all railroads, inland waterways and storage facilities, both public and private;
11051--Provides FEMA complete authorization to put above orders into effect in times of increased international tension of economic or financial crisis (FEMA will be in control incase of "National Emergency").

These EOs are not aimed at anti-hoarding but rather at seizure or confiscation of items and facilities "to provide a state of readiness in these resource areas with respect to all conditions of national emergency, including attack upon the United States." You'll find most 'seizure' legislation ends with this phrase. These Executive Orders don't define what specifically constitutes a national emergency and maybe this is as it should be. The specifics on hoarding are left up to the individual states.

What Is FEMA's Role?

EO #11051 is interesting; it authorizes FEMA near-total power in times of crisis. There's been lots of discussion on the Internet regarding the excessive control FEMA has been granted and it was pointedly commented upon in July's world premiere movie release of the "X-Files".

FEMA was created by President Carter under Executive Order #12148. Its legal authorization is Title 42, United States Code 5121 (42 USC Sec. 5121) called the "Stafford Act." During activation of Executive Orders, FEMA answers only to the National Security Council which answers only to the President. Once these powers are invoked, not even Congress can intervene or countermand them for six months.

Your plan for opsec should be in place before the fact. When the knock on the door comes it will be too late.

Agreed, we should not be asleep, but to use a story that is not true to stir up people to move is, in my mind, the same as listening to to some of the right wing radio commentators, like Rush Limbaugh. It causes me to discount everything they say.

It is a bad idea to mess with the farmers. When you
take away their ability to earn a living all they have to
do to occupy their time is go into the woods and shoot
at you.

But notice

Executive order 11004 gives authority to relocate
entire populations. Put another way, it gives authority
to depopulate entire regions in keeping with the rewilding
of large areas of America according to the UN Agenda 21

For precedent to this kind of action one need look no further than the Stalinist genocide in the Ukraine of 1932-33.

Soviet Policy and
the Ukrainian Genocide of 1932-33
Ukraine was formally incorporated into the USSR as the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic (UkSSR) in 1922. The Communists were aware that
resistance to their regime was deep and widespread. To pacify the Ukrainian people and to gain control, Moscow initially permitted a great deal of
local autonomy to exist in the UkSSR. The newly established Ukrainian Autocephalous (self-ruling) Orthodox Church and the new All-Ukrainian
Academy of Sciences, non-Communist national institutions of great importance, were both permitted to continue their work until the end of the 1920's.

All of this changed once Joseph Stalin came to power. Stalin wanted to consolidate the new Communist empire and to strengthen its industrial base.
Ukrainian national aspirations were a barrier to those ends because even Ukrainian Communists opposed exploitation by Moscow. In Stalin's eyes,
Ukraine, the largest of the non-Russian republics, would have to be subdued. Thus, the Ukrainian Autocephalous Orthodox Church was placed under
the jurisdiction of the Communist-controlled Russian Orthodox Church. Ukrainian bishops, priests and thousands of Christian lay leaders were sent to
Siberian labor camps, the so-called "Gulag." Hundreds of thousands, possibly over a million, of Ukraine's intellectual leaders - writers, university
professors, scientists, and journalists - were liquidated in purges ordered by Stalin. Not even loyal Ukrainian Communists were exempt from Stalin's
terror. By 1939, practically the entire (98%) of Ukraine's Communist leadership had been liquidated.

Hardest hit by Stalin's policies were Ukraine's independent landowners, the so-called "kulaks" (kurkuly in Ukrainian). Never precisely defined, a kulak
was a member of the alleged "upper stratum" of landowners but in reality anyone who owned a little land, even as little as 25 acres, came to be labeled
as a kulak. Stalin ordered that all private farms would have to be collectivized. During the process, according to Soviet sources, which are no doubt
on the conservative side, some 200,000 Ukrainian families were "de-kulakized" or dispossessed of all land. By the summer of 1932, 69.5% of all
Ukrainian farm families and 80% of all farm land had been forcibly collectivized.

Stalin decided to eliminate Ukraine's independent farmers for three reasons:
(1) they represented the last bulwark of resistance to totalitarian Russian control;
(2) the USSR was in desperate need of foreign capital to build more factories and the best way to obtain
that capital was to increase agricultural exports from Ukraine once known as "the breadbasket of
Europe";
(3) the fastest way to increase agricultural exports was to expropriate land through a process of farm
collectivization and to assign procurement quotas to each Soviet republic.
During the collectivization process, Ukrainian farmers resisted vigorously, often violently, especially when the GPU (Soviet secret police) and militia
forced them to turn their land over to the government. Thousands of farmers were killed and millions more were deported to Siberia to be replaced by
more trustworthy workers.

To increase exports and to break the back of remaining resistance, Moscow imposed grain procurement quotas on Ukraine that were 2.3 times the
amount of grain marketed during the best year prior to collectivization. Laws were passed declaring all collective farm property "sacred and inviolate."
Anyone who was caught hoarding food was subject to execution as an "enemy of the people" or, in extenuating circumstances, imprisonment for not
less than 10 years. To make sure the new laws were strictly enforced, special "commissions" and "brigades" were dispatched to the countryside. In
the words of one Sovietologist:

The work of these special "commissions" and "brigades" was marked with the utmost severity. They entered
the villages and made the most thorough searches of the houses and barns of every peasant. They dug up
the earth and broke into the walls of buildings and stoves in which the peasants tried to hide their last
handfuls of food. They even in places took specimens of fecal matter from the toilets in an effort to learn by
analysis whether the peasants had stolen government property and were eating grain.







Stalin succeeded in achieving his goals. The grain harvest of 1932 was greater than in 1931, providing more monies for industrial expansion. The
cost to Ukraine, however, was catastrophic. Grain procurements continued even though it was clear to Soviet officials that more and more people
were going hungry in the Ukrainian countryside. The result was inevitable. A famine, the magnitude of which staggers the imagination, struck Ukraine
the still the Soviet government failed to provide relief. Detailed and documented descriptions of the horrors which prevailed in the rural areas of Soviet
Ukraine have been presented by Ukrainian eye-witnesses, Congressional reports, and various newspaper accounts. Thomas Walker, and American
journalist who traveled in Ukraine during the famine, left us an especially graphic account of the situation in one rural area:


About twenty miles south of Kiev (Kyiv), I came upon a village that was practically extinct by starvation. There
had been fifteen houses in this village and a population of forty-odd persons. Every dog and cat had been
eaten. The horses and oxen had all been appropriated by the Bolsheviks to stock the collective farms. In
one hut they were cooking a mess that defied analysis. There were bones, pig-weed, skin, and what looked
like a boot top in this pot. They way the remaining half dozen inhabitants eagerly watched this slimy mess
showed the state of their hunger. One boy of about 15 years, whose face and arms and legs were simply
tightly drawn skin over bones, had a stomach that was swollen to twice its normal size. He was an orphan;
his father had died of starvation a month before and he showed me the body. The boy had covered the body
with straw, there being no shovels in the village since the last raid of the GPU. He stated his mother had
gone away one day searching for food and had not returned. This boy wanted to die - he suffered intensely
with his swollen stomach and was the only one of the group who showed no interest in the pot that was being
prepared.












The Soviet government has preserved the greatest secrecy concerning the exact number of persons who perished in Ukraine during the Genocide
Famine, but analysis of recently revealed Soviet census data comparing 1939 with 1926 figures suggest that no fewer than ten million men, women ,
and children perished. According to American Sovietologists and other experts on the Stalin era, the famine need never have occurred.

Despite the meager harvest, the peasants could have pulled though without starvation if there had been
substantial abatement of the requisition of grain and foodstuffs. But he requisitions were intensified rather
than relaxed; the government was determined to "teach the peasants a lesson" by the grim method of
starvation...

By the beginning of the winter all the grain, including the seed grain of the farms in Ukraine, had been
seized by the government. The last peasants lived on the last remaining potatoes, killed their last remaining
livestock, they slaughtered cats and dogs, ate nettles and linden leaves. The acorns were all gone by
January, the people began to starve. By March no food at all remained, and they died. The children died
first, mostly the younger children, followed by the older people, then usually men before the women, and
finally everyone else.

You know, I get so depressed after reading this stuff day after day Im at a loss. The farmers are the last ones we need to go away, especially the small ones. Their value and hard work is instrumental to our species survival. Im a scrapper, always have been but It seems a lot to take on lately.

I just am sickened down to my my very soul with the idiocy and evil intent of them. Is there no way to win? I am having doubts and in a fighter/scrapper, thats more than half the battle lost right there.

Gentlemen, I am hoping someone has a plan. I am feeling quite defeated as of late.

My wife and I were not always Quakers. We were products of the society in which we were raised. Quasi
religious, pseudo spiritual, luke warm wishy washy Americans. Then we began to wake up. We began to
be aware of what was going on all around us. We saw
the real ID act and we heard about the chip. What was happening was plain for those with eyes to see and ears to hear. Either bible prophecy was unfolding before our eyes or clever men were using bible prophecy as a playbook to manipulate the masses. Either way there was no doubt which side of this argument we would fall on. I just asked my wife if she would take the chip and she said; No I will not, no way no how. I then asked her if she were willing to die to avoid taking the chip. She said she would rather die.

The more we learned the more conservative we became. We sought answers from the ancestors and we found comfort there. We are in good company my friend when we linger with the likes of Betsy Ross (a free Quaker) and Patrick Henry. Like the ministers of Culpepper Virginia who chose to be scourged to death rather than take the kings license to preach we will not take the chip.

I crossed swords with your wife when I challenged her that she wasn't angry enough yet. I asked her to remember the meaning of the symbolism that adorns the halls of our institutions. I asked her to learn about the bonnet rouge or phyrgian cap. It is much much older than the French revolution my friend, though that is where it became a symbol of freedom. Before that it was a symbol of slavery into antiquity. In Rome a freed
slave wore the Phyrigian cap to show that he was free yet it is much older than Rome dating back as far as Mythra and perhaps even to Babylon....

Take comfort in the ancestors and let the faith within you
burn bright. Listen, pray, or meditate for answers and know that they are there. Ask for help in the silence. In the handbook for the new paradigm it is written that the only way out of this is by creating something new. To do that you need to connect with something greater than mortal man. The answer is not outside it is within. Don't give up! Get angry. Angry enough to topple that which enslaves us.

Take comfort in the ancestors. They knew dark times such as we live in today. The signers of the Declaration of Independence risked everything by placing their names on that paper. Some things are worth dying for.
After all, nobody gets out alive anyway. Today or tomorrow, it makes no difference really.

I leave you with words that give me comfort. Spoken by Patrick Henry on March 23 1775 at St Johns Church in Richmond Virginia:

What is it that gentlemen wish? What would they have? Is life so dear, or peace so sweet, as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take; but as for me, give me liberty or give me death!

No baggs, that was me. Theres only one me on here. I sent you two emails. My husband is busy im afraid. He looks over my shoulder from time to time while im on but never had an account here and doesnt feed me words. He occasionally is intrigued with an article I find here or there usually on rense but thats the extent of his involvement.
