Colloidal Silver vs Oxy Silver
Hi everyone !
I'm planning to reorder my Colloidal Silver. I've purchased in the past from GNC "Nutraceutical' 30PPM Colloidal Sivler. However, I am tempted to order Oxy Silver as marketed by Dr. Horowitz. It is $20 more expensive though. Has any one tried Oxy Silver ? |

Re: Colloidal Silver vs Oxy Silver
Hi Violas! ... hope you are doing well!
The only difference that I've seen is the Oxy is recommended to be taken internal, however, I am very skeptical about internal use, I'm not yet persuaded beyond maybe a day or two. For topical use, I don't think it matters which one. |

Re: Colloidal Silver vs Oxy Silver
Why don't you make your own?
It's easy once you have the components. Here's a handy DIY guide I came across last year. http://www.ehow.com/how_2136254_own-...nces-time.html Horrowitz recommends an ideal PPM of 5 for internal usage. |

Re: Colloidal Silver vs Oxy Silver
Thanks for replying everyone ! Hi Moxie, I'm doing great. I'm trying to stay prepared and have everything that I need at hand.
If I were to make my own Colloidal Silver, how would I know what strength it is , ie., 10ppm, 20ppm etc. ? Additionally, how do you know that the silver particles are actually tiny and fit to take internally ? |

http://www.elixa.com/silver/index.html Can I ask ... if you were to take too much silver or the particles were too big what would happen to you? I mean afterall the water you drink and bathe in is poisoned, the air you breath is full of toxins, the material objects you purchase are typically full of crude components, and the food you eat is synthetic or is sprayed with chemical and synthetic substance... so what's to worry about. Re: Colloidal Silver vs Oxy Silver
holding a silver coin, eating w/a silver spoon...
if homeopathics work, might not that? okaaaaaaaaay so I'm ig-nernt... all I know is that I ingested colloidal silver way back in the 80's when it first came out, the colloidal silver... after 3 days I suffered a UTI so I figured it was killing off the good bacteria too.... I remain cautious for internal use. But then, recently it was discovered that the appendix is a storehouse for beneficial bacteria, and, alas, mine was removed when I was 26 during a gallbladder surgery, so perhaps that is why my system suffers from using colloidal silver internally... just an assumption, but it rings true. I too was (almost) persuaded to buy Horowitz's product, had it parked in the basket at least 3 times... my intuition said "nyah". lol Cayenne pepper is awesome against pathogens, don't forget! Much cheaper too! Hey Violas - the hens are SO productive, I'm a real farmer now! |

Re: Colloidal Silver vs Oxy Silver
when you first start using colloidal silver you will need to make it using 5, which is the smallest amount possible.
Now, anytime you use colloidal silver or anything really, the nasty crud has to leave your body some how.............I never heard of it causing any kind of infection as it is one of the best anti-biotics one can use. In my family alone we have cleared up, acne, psorsis, dandruff, athelete feet, ear aches, pink eye, infected toe after surgery, (that was nasty and it cleared it up over night) My sister uses it on her pets. Its also good to put a few drops in your bath water to remove the nasty crud they use in our water. It worse to bathe in the water than drinking it. It closes up your pores I can go on and on and on.............on how great this is I have used it for two years and drink it every day...........as we put it in our coffee to remove the harshness and it stops my husband from getting acid from drinking coffee...............a bad habit, I know |

Re: Colloidal Silver vs Oxy Silver
And there's another silver option that should be considered...
Tetrasilver Tetroxide, available as Terrasil. This product is used topically to treat a wide range of skin problems. It is telling that even a "debunker" website has positive feedback on it's use. The tetrasilver tetroxide molecule is incredibly interesting. It is a semiconducting molecular crystal device. Boyd Graves claims that a single injection of Imusil (diff name same molecule) reduced his viral load to the point where he has been cured of hiv. His story is worth reading for those interested in the origin of AIDS and in curing it. Boyd Graves and Rabbi Antleman (inventor of TST) should both be interviewed by Camelot. Antelman has reportedly been under pressure not to release info about this substance for a long time. I've used the previous version of Terrasil called Tetrasil, unfortunately(?) I was not really sick enough to see how well it worked. For silver though, it should be a known option. Last edited by Sideshow Shaman; 01-11-2010 at 03:24 AM. |

Re: Colloidal Silver vs Oxy Silver
I've been making at least 10ppm CS now for 6 months - it seems to work brilliantly.
In previous threads I've stated where I bought the machine, and the aqwsafe bottled distilled water. This link may be helpful to you all: http://www.colloidalsilversecrets.blogspot.com/ They are very positive, and there is also a large manual to help you during your 'new beginnings'. Save brown glass bottles - boil/sterilise naturally, tip up to dry off. Keep a clean kit handy (jug/funnel/brewing jar) and keep everything in a dark cupboard. I found empty Grolsch bottles with their fantastic stoppers perfect, after being sterilised. Good luck |

You would require a TDS meter (e bay $15) A laser (pointer, pen, level etc.) shone through the mixing jar gives an indication of the particle mass (with practice) or a more expensive meter is available that does both. |

We just started selling a simple and cheap Colloidal Silver generator for all of those out there too lazy to figure it out on your own. http://alterntech.com/product/Colloidal_Silver_Generator_(Mini) http://alterntech.com/product/Colloi...lver_Generator Unfortunately we don't have silver rods yet. We are working on it. In another thread I offered one of the mini generators for free to anyone with Morgellons in exchange for feedback on how well it works and possibly before and after pictures. Offer still stands. |

Re: Colloidal Silver vs Oxy Silver
Can anyone tell me how long a bottle of colloidal silver can be kept for? I bought a bottle about 7 months ago and am a bit weary of using it. Would it still be safe and would it still contain all its healing properties?

Re: Colloidal Silver vs Oxy Silver
Was it made with distilled water. Was it high quality. Was it kept in the dark?
I try to use the stuff I make in a month, but recently I made so much I cant. Main use right now is as an underarm deodrant - it is very hot in Australia A.. |

I'm not sure if made with distilled water but know it is of high quality. It's been kept in bubble wrap in the dark at all times - So what do you reckon? |

I dont know what you plan on using it for. I have found that it will get a taste in it after awhile but I know its ok. I have a small bottle with a dropper on that is in my bathroom cabinet that is that old. I use it on small cuts and it immediately removes the sting and heals just fine. I also use it in my ears which is why its in the dropper bottle. I also put some on cotton to wipe my eyes if they get red.. (all the wonderful chemtrails ) Bluestix I seen that generous offer of yours regarding the free generator. What a shame you were not taken up on your offer. You can go to Bob Beck and purchase silver or gold rods for under 15.00, the last I seen their price but the price on your generator is very reasonable. If I were looking for one, I would certainly buy yours. |
