I was doing a daily 30 minute walk for my exercise program, but a large winter snowstorm and lingering patches of ice broke up my routine.
So I pulled out my step aerobic step that I have had for years and years and started doing my old VHS step aerobic tape, but it conked out on me. In case you're not familiar with the step that is used for these videos, it looks something like this: I wanted to share this info in case others might benefit. Men, step aerobics is for you, too. |

A word of caution if you get this DVD: at the latter part of the second 15 minute workout, she says, "One more!"
She means one more set to learn, not one more repetition of the last set. Grrrrrr. Confusing! ![]() But's it's still fun. ![]() ![]() |
