9/11/1275 -- earthquake in glastonbury !!! what a lie !!!
Glastonbury Tor is an unusually shaped hill
located just outside of the town of Glastonbury in southeast England. The tower on the top of the Tor is the remains of St. Michaels Church, constructed in the fifteenth century. It replaced an earlier church which was destroyed in an earthquake on September 11, 1275. - NOTE the date / set off any 9/11 bells - + NOTE the date / does it set off any 9/11 bells ??? 726 years earlier than 9/11/2001 -- + and, 733 years earlier than NOW !!! - an earthquake in england ??? + 733 = 13 (I love the energy of 13) - what a lie !!! + an earthquake in england, so, they say ??? - photo taken by ME in 6/2005 + what a lie !!! September 11 from 3 B.C. to 2001 A.D. Sept. 11 -- 3 B.C. Many biblical scholars, theologians, historians, and astronomers say that the Star of Bethlehem, signifying the birth of Jesus Christ, can be calculated to within a few hours of September 11, 3 B.C., based on celestial charts and alignments for that time. Historian Dr. Ernest L. Martin first article on the subject appeared in 1976, and in 1981 he published his research in "The Birth of Christ Recalculated". In 1991, the book was re-released as "The Star that Astonished the World." Dr. Martin revealed in his book, that the signs in the sky on the night of Jesus' birth occurred on only one day in 3 B.C., and they occurred exactly on September 11, 3 B.C. between 6:15 pm and 7:49 pm EST. Editor's Note: Dr. Ernest L. Martin died on January 16, 2002. Author Ernest L. Re: 9/11/1275 -- earthquake in glastonbury !!! what a lie !!!
Ayup Sue!Seriously matey we do get earhquakes (very rarely though) in England! We've had a few round these parts due to subsidence mostly from mineworkings etc.4 and 5 richter jobbies.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/2275158.stm http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/6602677.stm http://www.earthquakes.bgs.ac.uk/ Most people in Britain spend their lives blissfully unaware of earthquakes. Though it would surprise them to know that they are quite common, sometimes up to three a week. Luckily the geology below us is fairly stable so most even in the fault area go unnoticed. Most quakes are centred in the West Midlands as there is a large fault running down the side of Birmingham and two active faults along the border with Wales. The largest quake to hit Britain in recent years was recorded by the British Geological Survey team in Edinburgh as 4.8 on the Richter scale. Though tiny by Global standards it resulted in wide spread panic, overloading the emergency services telephone system. As although centred on the West Midlands the shock was felt in London. I slept through one Sue about 20 years ago i woke up in the morning-yes i do sleep sometimes!!lol! and my bed was about 4 feet away from the wall-i thought i'd been beamed up!!. |

Re: 9/11/1275 -- earthquake in glastonbury !!! what a lie !!!
Talk about your coincidences ... I was just reading a graphic novel this morning (Grant Morrison's The Invisibles) in which two characters meet at Glastonbury, Tor and make reference to the work of John Michell. That was the first I'd ever heard of it. Then reference is made to it here. Jung's synchronicity?

Re: 9/11/1275 -- earthquake in glastonbury !!! what a lie !!!
The last one - I think you mentioned it being in Spring - felt surprisingly strong, even if it wasn't.
It travelled all the way down to the London area. I was awake at the time and there was a sort of thundering noise and I could see the walls of my house judder. Eeeek!! I've managed to be in two similar circumstances - once in Italy and then again in Germany. I have no idea where the Italian one originated but what we felt in Germany was the aftershock of a huge earthquake in the one-time Yugoslavia. Everything rattled and rolled about for a few seconds - I thought the foundations of the building I was in at the time were giving way. Threre were four of us all trying to get out of the door and down the stairs at the same time The UK does have minor quakes but I thought I'd add that after-shocks from epicentres in another country can travel and feel quite 'quaky', too riginal |

Re: 9/11/1275 -- earthquake in glastonbury !!! what a lie !!!
it is possible i felt an earthquake during spring in Liverpool, the aparment block swayed (a little) for about 30 seconds.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/g...re/7267342.stm im pretty sure it was that one. it is very interesting that all these things happened on 9/11 im sure it must just be that date within a time cycle i.e the counciousness/time cycle of the mayans, towers falling or being destroyed is a tarot and alchamic symbol representing great changes in power (im sure avalons top highest post counts know this though) peace Last edited by weareone; 11-15-2008 at 03:52 PM. |

Re: 9/11/1275 -- earthquake in glastonbury !!! what a lie !!!
Well, i know even here,
we have minor quakes... and, once here, i had a picture fall from the wall, when, we had one, that was only about 4.0 weren't many of the old churches built from wood and, burned down !!! NOW, i know, this can be accidental but, on September 11th ??? i know, there are "old" stories, that float surrounding the burning of churches/homes, libraries, and, even people that a true. "the snakes" slayed in ireland, were NOT snakes, like in the animal variety, those people were considered "the snakes" because they would NOT align, with organised religion, like in churches, esp. the catholic variety. i find it very interesting that this one, the date, is another September 11th love/susan + xxx Last edited by THE eXchanger; 12-27-2009 at 02:13 AM. |
