Re: Penn and Teller
not sure, but they are funny! I like to listen to those I don't trust anyway. I don't buy it, but it helps me make my decision by gathering info from the other team. Kinda like listening in to the quarter back huddle of the opposing team!

Re: Penn and Teller
HeY! I loved the Bottled Water episode.
Where they filled up bottles of water from a HOSE and pawned it off as a new fancy Spring Water in a White Table Cloth resturant. hehe! However, I do think they are way off at times... More so then they are On! |

Re: Penn and Teller
Regardless of how funny they may or may not be, they are in no position to be telling people what to think concerning politics, social issues, or anything else that's not strictly related to comedy. They even insulted people who question the official conspiracy theory of 9/11!

Re: Penn and Teller
I think someone already posted a thread on Penn and Teller so this one may get deletio hehe.
The show itself is actually a good show as many people on here stated previously, we all seemed to love the bottled water episode because wow did it ever show human irony... I do believe that they can easily call something "********" and smack us down when something is actually real and way beyond his compression of reality or he is just playing a character. All and all its a great show, 3.5 *thinks of random word* milkshakes out of a possible 5. |

Re: Penn and Teller
I like comedy though. Penn and Teller's BS show was amazing. It showed up David Icke saying he wants a microscope to examine President Bush's reptilian DNA. And one show gets me laughing every time I think about it. Penn and Teller interviewed a serious looking man about a UFO Landing Pad that he will build. He was very enthusiastic and determined and had huge great UFO Landing Pad plans. Penn said "Oh good and hows the funding going?" The man said "um, about 26 dollars". ==================== |

Re: Penn and Teller
I too enjoy the show and yes I do not agree with many, maybe most of what they say but they are funny. Sometimes we must take a step back and get a good chuckle....even at ourselves.
