KARL HAUSHOFER (1869-1946): Hitler's 'Merlin' - co/author of Mein Kampf? - visited Hitler and Hesse in prison 1923+ - travelled the Orient where he discovered and translated tibetan, hindu, buddhist texts - multilingual (russian, french, english, also learned korean, japanese, chinese) - military strategist - parallels between Thule Society and Japanese Black Dragons - formulated the political doctrine of Lebensraum* - appointed as Professor of Geopolitical Studies (Munich, 1919ish) - Aryan nation modelled on legendary land of Thule with ancient high level beings

To me, the more interesting character in the video is his son, Albrecht Haushofer, who didn't like buying in, joined the 1944 bomb plot, was killed by the SS. Poor guy.
