pray for those that hurt you
forgive and you are able to be forgiven
love and you are loved
stay in love
this is your true home
this is the criteria

when saint anthony the great of egypt asked the dark forces what it is that defeats them, they replied, "humility, it burns us."

we are all safe here

much love and respect to all creation
indeed it is a glorious day

our father loves a joyful heart
become like children and shine

out of darkness must come light
there is no hiding place from this

the only fear we must have is to fall away from this grace
which isn't really fear , but a childlike dependancy

if we can all stay in this love
there will be no stopping us

I thoroughly disapprove of duels. If a man should challenge me, I would take him kindly and forgivingly by the hand and lead him to a quiet place and kill him.
