Kosol Ouch

Anybody familiar with his work? From what I've seen, his group has managed to succeed with basic electricity and plan on attempting it myself soon. His density hemisphere seems to work best with alternating layers of copper and aluminum foil with plastic wrap over a smoothed out spherical piece of granite (crystals and geodes can be used too, but granite being 60% silica and what makes up the King's Chamber at Giza, along with extremely paramagnetic, seems to work best). He puts a piece of human hair in each layer. I am guessing this is to directly connect the device with human consciousness.

i came across some of his videos before searching for torsion physics videos on youtube but they were hard to follow...glad he took the time to do this step by step...thanks for posting
