Default In light of HPH predictions- anyone noticing odd animal behavior?

With the twin quakes predicted, I think we should all pay attention to the animals as well as our intuitions. If you are noticing strangeness, could you post details and location? Maybe we can figure out where one or both of these earthquakes will be located?

I'm not noticing strange behavior here in VA atm. I've been seeing an unusually high number of buzzards but that could be because food is scarcer right now so they are flying in bigger groups.

I am in s. fla and have also seen more hawks(black) than usual in the sky.
Many yrs we only saw one or two, for the last few months i have seen about 3-6 just floating in the sky-do you think cuz more people are letting their pets go???

but seriously. its all over the place. I was just reading an article about the bird migration to south america. in record #s and species that don't generally migrate. polar bears migrating way out of there territory. whales beaching themselves. its all over the place. I haven't looked into the lost and founds in the paper. for domestic animals.

here in alberta in the past six or eight months we've noticed four or five different varieties of domestic birds whose flocks have grown incredibly large in size
another interesting thing with these birds is that many seem to hang out with each other throughout the day, small with big, different types, doesn't matter, they seem to be ok with this new pattern
even the deer herds are larger
in the last year or two geese numbers seem to be larger as well and they stay all winter! oddest thing to see them here, bunk down wherever they can

Exclamation Re: In light of HPH predictions- anyone noticing odd animal behavior?

I live in northeastern Utah,USA
I have 6 dogs, 5 horses, and 4cats, all are behaving nervously, every 2 hours they group togather, as though checking on each other and appear to be gathering around the 2 colts.
For the past 2 weeks they have been very nervous up and down at all hours day and night.
this is not normal behavior.

I grew up in the cornbelt and learned early that pets and farm animals respond in advance to the severe weather typical of the area...they do seem to sense very severse thunderstorms and tornados well before I could. Pressure or EM or acoustic changes?

Re the HPH and earthquake predicitons: There are articles describing the Chinese using unusual animal behavior to predict earthquakes. There is also an very extensive thread (several actually) on the "AboveTopSecret" website (just Google it) which has been collecting anecdotes re strange animal behavior for the past week.

The thread has "mapped" the responses. It's striking in that the responses seem to cluster around the MidWest in the New Madrid Fault area...and in the Pacific NorthWest. Not a lot from CA.
