Very strange... Also it looks like a pillar with smoke around it in the middle or even a torch. Could even be a monument. Is there a monument somewhere that looks like this or perhaps a piece of equipment that looks like this?

I just took a five dollar bill and tried the same thing. The first thing that came to my mind was "Isis".
