Re: Australian Ground Crew Members?
Hi All, We are also from Vic, North East suburbs. Family with boys, pugs and a few extra teenagers that will probably land here. We too are probably not far out enough so the Vic mountains look promising as back up. Does anyone have any information of caves in Victoria? Also VESTA please explain more on Quartz line in Victoria. We are looking into building a HUGE CLOUD BUSTER for those towers and good vibes... if you haven't yet and have the time...look into ORGONITE. Great to see some fellow Aussies here we were starting too feel like aliens...pardon the pun!!!
Some useful tips.... MMS builds up immunity and cures for avian flu. Its hard to find but finally found www.transformation2012.com.au In Melbourne, with some very useful products. Also stock up on; Garlic, Vitamin C, Collodial Silver, seeds (EDEN SEEDS for nonhybrid) GET FIT... Pep |

Re: Australian Ground Crew Members?
I came across this post called "Safe Zone tool for the Ground Crew" in the forum at https://www.projectavalon.net/forum/...ead.php?t=3599 which has a link to a website Safe Places dot Info which is an interesting site to visit, and maybe learn a few things that may be hazardous to your location.
I looked at my present location, as well as where i would like to be, and was able to ascertain where the likely hazard areas would be in those locations........... Tez |

Wags I am an IT WAN Consultant. Whose resourcefulness depends on the access of information on the NET, to be cut off from this source hurts. My efforts in such events would be focussed on setting up an eco friendly wifi access point and encouraging people in line of sight establishment to host beacon/repeater stations where there is a will there is a way. get a wireless router and good qualtiy external Aerial or CB UHF transmitter recievers what ever attached to your laptop Meanwhile create your own digital survival/time capsule and DOWNLOAD and ARCHIVE. Military survival guides, instructions for simple windmill power conversions of alternators from cars. Water purification. Hydroponics info, ECO building, HAM RADIO, philosophical excerpts... THEN BURN THEM TO CD, DVD, old hard drives everthing you can muster and seal them away in a big magnetic shielded something buried under the ground (Containers some of you are talking about), ready to broadcast later free to air. Your stock pile of hope fully useful bits of info can help sculpt a new society where we never have to worry about losing access to a collective conciseness again... dont have faith in telstra and corprate established infrastructure open for censorship like the China olympic firewall debarkle http://thezeitgeistmovement.com/synopsis.htm this stuff must get out! Creativity and technology is the key. get out there grab it archive it safely ready to broadcast in new hope... ILL BE THERE, making my HOTSPOT! PS dont forget the books and a scanner LOL |

information is everthing internet must be built by the people for the people. everyone obtain a wireless router its a start of sorts. and consider LINUX a free alternative to the corprate Branded MicroSoft where virus's run riot. |

Darcman I envy your skills, by comparison I’m limited to the power of speech and action.
Thanks for input, we may need to implement action sooner than later. |

Re: Australian Ground Crew Members? Emergency Lighting in a bottle....
Morning all,
Don't know if anyone wants to put this to the test and report back on it's validity but if this is for real - what a boon for us all! My B-I-L has just sent a video were you leave 1/4 inch of mountain dew in a bottle, 3 capfuls of hydrogen peroxide, tiny bit of baking soda and put them all into a screwtop bottle and shake vigorously to mix. I don't know how long the resultant mix lasts as a day-glow product or how bright it will be but if someone has the time to test this theory and see if (a) it really works & (b) how long this product then lasts then post back on here with results, I'm sure a lot of us will appreciate it. If This works it could prove a cheap and effective emergency lighting for us all should we need it!!! Blessings, Vesta. |

Further to the previous link regarding native foods, i also had this one bookmarked and only just again came across it. "Our Indigenous Garden - An Internet WebQuest on Aboriginal Use of Native Plants" Introduction states: "In this WebQuest you will explore the plants used by the Australian Aborigines for food, shelter, medicine and utensils, and the technology they employed to fully utilise the resources available." In case you guys missed it in the news last week new radio wave frequency body scanners will be in use in 3 major airports around the country. Now airport employee's will be able to watch us so called terrorists naked via x-ray vision as we walk through customs.

Hi nOslaves,darcman & firefly,
think we may need to readjust those maps for sailing soon check this link: Super storms 'will wash away coast' http://www.news.com.au/story/0,27574...009760,00.html Had a sail around Sydney Harbour last Monday with my husband and he's keen to follow your lead but I don't think I can grow my vege patch on a ship... Re: Australian Ground Crew Members?
Hi Vesta, as for storms not much to do except keep a very close eye on the weather and be in a safe place when they hit, as for a vege patch sprouts will have to do, i am also thinking of creating a few "safe places" along the east coast to store food, seeds, matches etc.
Not sailing yet, where on earth i got the crazy idea to build my own boat, heaven knows Quote:
