Impromtu Passion
Sigur Ros came on, and well the passion hit me, and the video camera came on...

If I didn't know any better I'd say you had just done a BIG blast of coke before you started recording. But I don't think that's the case. I admire your enthusiasm.

Re: Impromtu Passion
I did a line of passion and it was invigorating. I'll be honest, November has been the most sober month in my life in a very long time and its rather refreshing, but if you call Green Tea a drug, that's about it haha.

Re: Impromtu Passion
I did this open mic night "talk show" concept that I made one night called "The Shock & Inspire Hour with Gregor Arturo" where I talked about facts that were out of place with the current paradigm of reality for people like the maya and their calendar. I recited The Network scene "I'm mad as hell" scene full of passion and yelling at the top of my lungs and everything. Entire thing was memorized, no cards or anything. At the end of it, I was like "And I would like to dedicate this moment to David Bowie." And I ripped off all my clothes, and I was wearing green tights and a white overshirt, and played Dance Magic Dance, and I started dancing to it while doing contact juggling. It was classic. No one expected it, and everyone's mouths just dropped lol. Sadly, many people thought I was just plain crazy after it haha.

Re: Impromtu Passion
Wow Gregor, you've got passion in spades.
I'll chalk up the wild spectrum of topics to impromptuity (a word?), but just the passion is what's important, so good example. I'm gonna have to try the glasses of water thing, I'll have to explain to my roommates why i'm yelling at glasses of water, but they think I'm crazy anyway. So more Bowie fun: Bowie circa 1972 - Ziggy Stardust Tour Bowie circa 1980 - Ashes to Ashes Bowie circa 1986 - Labyrinth (and fotc bowie song) p.s. get a hair cut hippy. just kidding, i've easily got six times as much hair. |
