I'm with you Lovelight.... keep your frequency clear and stay outa fear But in case it might help someone, let me add that on the few occasions when my kids or I get really sick, I cap up lots of Vitamin C crystals and some golden seal powder. 3 Cs and a GS twice daily usually does the trick. Also, just learned about this interesting device: http://www.scalar-pendant.com/..... I had the opportunity to muscle test it yesterday and it is one powerful gismo. Supports the immune system, protects the field, increases strength. Check it out

Arabian proverb: Have faith in Allah but tie your camel...

Of course it will be good to be in as high a frequency as you can but as long as you have a 3D body you're not high enough to escape from such a weaponed virus.
So take the precautions you think are right and I personally would go for MMS, already mentioned in this thread and you can find all the info you need about it on the thread especially on MMS.

Do not start when the tit fits the hand but start cleaning your body now.
There are homeopathic ways to get rid of former vaccinations so your immunesystem is in full power.
Get healthy as much as you can right now so the eventual virus will have as little as possible to get a grip on.
