Re: How small we are...
I just heard an awesome comparison when thinking about this subject and how small we are ..or how big we are...
Someone asked does the Creator thinks that the universe he created is to big with that billions of galaxies and inside of each galaxy billions of stars? One man replied that in every human body there is 100 trillion cells, now does it makes that guy too big? We have much to learn about Almighty Creator ,our father. We have to surrender our ego trips of thinking highly of ourselves and go step by step in our learning and lives. Love and blessings to each and every human, wishing to grow up ,to love instead of hate. |

this thought brought back a memory for me... when i was a little girl..in my own world...i would lay down in the fields and stare at the sky... i could feel my body "curving" around the planet...and sometimes i could feel myself hurling thru the galaxy... i used to imagine the universe as being a ....(dont forget i was about 7 ...).. being a big Witch...and we were just small parts of Her... It was the beginning of my personal spiritual journey...but to this day...i can still..."imagine the universe as one Whole " |

Celine that was a nice story! I always have that feeling ,similar to yours, when I look at plants and ,say, green grass. I have an impulse to lay on the grass and roll on ,to feel it to be with it. Almost like a feeling of wanting to hug the person. And also flying accross the space ,but not in a craft ,rather as me -myself fully conscious observing all while flying accross space. |

Re: How small we are...
1 Corinthians 2
1.When I came to you, brothers, I did not come with eloquence or superior wisdom as I proclaimed to you the testimony about God. 2.For I resolved to know nothing while I was with you except Jesus Christ and him crucified. 3I came to you in weakness and fear, and with much trembling. 4.My message and my preaching were not with wise and persuasive words, but with a demonstration of the Spirit's power, 5.so that your faith might not rest on men's wisdom, but on God's power. Wisdom From the Spirit 6.We do, however, speak a message of wisdom among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing. 7.No, we speak of God's secret wisdom, a wisdom that has been hidden and that God destined for our glory before time began. 8.None of the rulers of this age understood it, for if they had, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. 9.However, as it is written: "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived what God has prepared for those who love him"— 10.but God has revealed it to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. 11.For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the man's spirit within him? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. 12.We have not received the spirit of the world but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us. 13.This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words. 14.The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15.The spiritual man makes judgments about all things, but he himself is not subject to any man's judgment: 16"For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct him?"But we have the mind of Christ. |

Re: How small we are...
I showed my wife this video. At the point where it looks like you are flying through space and heading to our milky way, she had a deja vu moment. She got chills and said that is way too weird!

Re: How small we are...
That was an amazing video Beren.
Thanks for posting that! I must share that with others... It reminds me of a NDE (Near Death Experience) this person named Mark Horton has had. He has since truly passed on from this 3D existence. Your video gave me some perspective on this NDE. Quote:
Here the link to his NDE |

But you know these kinds of stories don't surprise me in the least, I totally believe them. Others have expressed very similar NDE experiences. It kinda leaves you wondering doesn't it? Like, say for example somebody was really low down person in this life, what exactly happens to them after? If Mark were describing heaven per se, then what is hell, and does it exist? I've always imagined that evil (absence of light) is any deplorable act, the consequence of which "takes away" from the soul (just a theory), and you can literally end up "soulless". Meaning, it is possible to .... wipe yourself from existence? Scary. |

Majorion, A great book to read is "Into the Light" by Dr. John Lerma, it seems that no matter your background or beliefs, we're all taken care of at time of death, good or bad doesn't matter. Dannion Brinkley is another one to read up on, as he's had 3 NDE's and tells all about it. |

If good or bad doesn't matter, and lets say just for arguments sake, that 'heaven' is a singular place or collection-point for human souls after death.... Does that mean we'll be sharing our paradise with all the murderers, theifs, and rapists of this world? Because, if that is so, and to quote my father; "I'd rather go to hell". Ultimately I believe, good or bad have their consequences, whether this plays a factor "later" I do not presume to know, but interesting nevertheless. Thanks for the references, somebody just recommended Cosmic Voyager for reading, but there's always the commitment factor you know, and already reading about 3 different books, another one and it's overload. But thanks again, I've added Lerma to the list, next time I raid the bookstores. Happy New Year, |

Re: How small we are...
Here's a link to a thread about Dr. Lerma with some videos of him on Coast to Coast, it's a great listen and gives you some insight to Dr. Lerma.
