So sit down... breath... set the intentions of connecting with the source. Even if it means reading book. The intent is to feel good while trying to connect with your source. If something doesnt feel good... then dont do it. I personally like to reflect upon what I actually am, before connecting with my source. Or reflect on things that have been created... and are awe inspiring. Eventually words and thoughts feel to heavy, clumsy, and burdensome. Clunking around in the minds eye, like a bunch of metal scrap banging around as you drag it behind you. Its at this point you freely let the inner talk go... its not forced. t Let that clunking scrap metal go. I dont like anything that forces anything... unless its spirit that sets up the environment. So sitting down and forcing the mind to be still... seems awquard and uncomfortable to me. So if you must think... think about connecting with source, and awe... and love. Think about anything generative in life... think gratitude.... you have probably heard this stuff a million times before. But I love my life... and because of the soil I have tilled, the plants grow tall and full of sweet fruit. |

Why not try listening to it - without judgement - as though it was speaking to you rather than from you. Some of us see, some of us hear and some of us feel. You may very well be one that hears - so go with it. |
