why must any newness we experience within our selves be labelled mind control or similar ...
why is it that when we feel something new within ... that we cannot trust as being positive ... we go into auto pilot and conclude it to be the possibility of something external ... the greater possibility that it is of negativity ... and thus we take that conclusion and run with it ... why ... because we have always ran with it ... round and round and round we go ... why can we not take ownership that the new we are experiencing be something positive ... derived from within our core ... part of our own individual evolution ... why can't we take ownership of this ... why can't we feel it as being positive to this shift ... to embrace it ... explore it ... not toss it back out externally ... labelling it to be directed from a negative source ... why can't we trust our own selves to take responsibility of our awakening ... take ownership that this is a positive experience of a positive process ... and own it ... once we do this ... we are observing this newness from only within and it is then that we can discern its origin ... and really ... we will find that for the most part ... this newness is true and pure ... but what do we do ... the same as we have always done ... feel the newness ... experience it for a short while ... not take ownership of it as being positive ... much easier at that point to toss it back out to the external and go round and round trying to discern what then to label it if it is not our own ... always do we seem to be handing over our divine power to another ... making assumptions that because it is new and not familiar within us ... that it must be negative ... how much longer will we do this for ... it would seem that we just don't want to take the responsibility to move forward ... why do we feel such comfort in the familiar ... comfort in the old ... patterns of old ... what is our fear of embracing and exploring the new ... of course there is processes of mind control in this world ... but really ... can we not go out on a limb and TRUST ... trust that what we feel within ... what we experience of the new ... is a positive step in moving forward ... we are in complete control of this ... we have the choice to allow the newness ... accept and work with it ... be with it ... the chances are that if it is mind control we will be able to discern this more from the inside than from the outside ... there will be more clarity to it ... AND ... we will also realize we have the divine power as the creators that we are ... to CHANGE what is to what we want it to be ... we have the power within us to transform the negative ... if there is the negative to begin with ... transform it to the positive ... we have that capability ... each of us does ... we act like we do not ... do we still BELIEVE we do not ... that we cannot change what is ... this is all our internal work ... we're moving into some phenominal time places now ... it is time we take responsibility and ownership for what is and what we wish to create ... what we are receiving is assistance ... these new experiences are arriving at our door step to allow us to move forward in new ways ... effortless ways ... nothing like the old ways ... why can't we trust and receive them as such ... and work with them ... integrate the positive within us ... discontinue tossing out what we feel to be unfamiliar without giving it a chance ... labelling it and then saying it wasn't meant to be a part of us to begin with ... why do we have so much fear within us still ... why do we not trust our inner voices cause i know they are speaking to the majority ... but who's listening ... we've got to get off this treadmill of fear ... we put so much energy into locating our truth via the negative ... what fear do we have locating it from the positive side ... i am not directing this to any specific member or post ... i write of this from a general ... and personal ... observation and feeling ... that there are profound changes coming our way ... we are in the midst of such in this moment ... but there will arrive greater expansion and with greater expansion will arrive greater potential ... this is a clear window of opportunity ... if and when new experiences come our way ... step off of and away from the fear treadmill ... be open and allow for change ... change doesn't necessarily mean the negative has been inserted ... be wise and be mindful but not be swallowed by assumption ... ego and fear ... it's late and i feel my self circling with this ... i believe it is time to take responsibility for our own actions finally ... it is how this shift will pick up momentum ... the energy of which is here now to assist us ... let's allow for it ... let's trust that it is so and not be so skeptical ... it really is time for us all to drop the fear and own up the realization that we are our own creators ... and start creating ... what we create from here on in will be as positive as we want it to be ... or as negative ... it's up to us ... it always has been ... let's finally realize it ... at least take ownership of the realization ... the rest will follow ... our hearts will lead the way ... my apologies if i rambled ...  one more thing ... the time is NOW ... trust ... |

i started to go through this, back in 1974
and, it took, til 1984 to fully integrate it throat chakra singing and, sacred sound encoding helps --there are samples of that on www.the-exchangers.ning.com - check out ermina also curtis there, he can tune up your energetic centres too |

I have posted a long time ago about both, the amoeba like sensations and the blue lights (sometimes describe as ants).
My conclusion is that the amoeba style stuff is dirt on your eyeball. If I moves my eyes upwards, they will shoot upwards, slow down and then slowly cascade down following gravity. Pretty physical to me, so yeah, there's stuff in your eyes. As for the blue antsy weird light that you see, especially when in the plane, I also believe that is there all the time, but it's especially easy to see when staring at something bright, like the sky from a plane. There is no connection to my eyes movements, if anything it's a matter of focus (soft focus). THAT I think could be some form of ESP or border vision. I haven't found a proper explanation for that yet. When testing with headphones it seems that my left ear is only as far as 5% off full capacity but it makes a real difference in depth perception. While this is happening I have also noticed hearing voices but I have so far only been able to account real voices for it, and my connected disability at locating them. Hope my hearing comes back to 100%. |

I have more experiences in the dream state than anywhere else.
Yesterday, I was reading an article called "Understanding the Reptilian Mind". It was pretty lengthy but I stuck to it. It was very graphic and at times disturbing to read to so I took allot of breaks reading it. Well, during my sleep last night, I had very strange dreams with all kinds of "beings" and symbolic phallic objects in it. I don't know what it is, real, dreamlike, mind control, just my imagination, but I'm not going to judge it or try to figure it out. It is a mystery and perharps it's when I try to figure out this mysterious universe is when I get frustrated. Now, I just welcome the experience and puch myself not to try to find the answer or the why's it's happening. I think it's awesome to talk about these things. I bet more people shy away from talking about them because they are afraid of what people will think and thang God for a forum like this where we feel more comfortable to this. I also realized that when I feel overwhelmed by the experience for whatever reason (fear, anxiety, confusing), my intention simply tones down whatever experience I am having. it's like my higher self listens to me and makes the experience less intense or takes it away all together. I don't know who's in control. I don't know if I am in control or what's in control anymore. I simply allow and release and let go, and it seems to be working that way. For me, the only way. I am not speaking for anyone else here, just my own personal experience. |

Deb, I recently figured that it is possible to space yourself out and enter a state where the subconscious of your dreams is allowed to take shape, yet your intellect is still present. Dreams and pictures can then be translated somehow. This is not lucidity or anything astral, even though it may interface with it as the dream world does.
I guess you could hypnotise yourself but I find that to be insufficient for me personally. A hot bath does the trick almost every time however... so hot that thinking becomes almost unbearable. Transcribing my dreams into the conscious has been valuable to me... surfacing them might be the right word, however most of them break when the crass light of day shines upon them and your intellect doesn't understand the value of such ideas and concepts. Is it reality that breaks the dream logic or is it just our narrow-minded programming? I don't know but I have the feeling that many more questions can be found this way.... answers are useless anyway. Who knows, maybe one can fit the visions and 'hearings' people have here into some kind of pattern there too. |

I also find it ironic with all the changes that are happening, it is a bad time for executing control over the people through an old financial system. And with the new higher energies kicking in, a revolution is brewing to break free from bondage. The energies are too great. Maybe this is what they fear. But in the coming Age, there is no more room for FEAR.
When the curtain is pulled, many people will be caught with their pants down. I don't mean just seeing their bare asses. New systems of living are among us in a transition to adjust to these new higher energies. Some will make it. Some won't. But there is always a brighter side to letting go of these restrictions of old behavior. We were created as a race to be Slaves. But now we must mature and take a hold of our destiny. May we find the light and deal with the truths. And may we find peace among our brothers and sisters in a time of upheaval. We will find our golden road. But there will be many that will jump on the railroad tracks and get hit by the train before we reach our destination. In the future of uncertainty, we must have faith in ourselves that we are growing spiritually and mentally. And those that follow our good examples of leadership, will also see this leadership in themselves. Glancing at the future, we have many battles ahead. But in the end, there will be a new beginning. |

I awakened at 2:30 a.m. and a myriad of "conversations" were taking place in my mind, all of which I was following, unTIL I realized that the "witness" portion of my attention was not engaged... I was being taken for a ride so to speak... you know that part of your mind that LOOKS, LISTENS non attachedly??... to me that's the REAL me, the real mind... so then I was reminded BY that observer portion of the mind... back to being in balance I was!!! I simply was centered in the witness mode of these intrusive elements working/infiltrating to drive me crazy.
I was in the mode of even laughing out loud while the "dialog" was ongoing, I was having all sorts of insights... but when the "witness" of mind, the REAL me engaged itself, was I able to return to a equilibrium... that of Observer!... fascinating. If any readers are able to identify with that, well, that is the sanity of the matter. I call it the inner witness...<<< to me, that is the connection to GodMind. Yes mind control is real, Tavistock is real... we are all had that way to various extents... but the Witness within is REAL as well... that is the non attached observer... I go with that!... most certainly. I've also made progess today setting up my voice activated recorder to set by the bed.. wish I'd had that last night, for there were some real "doozies" of thought trains going on... g'nite |

Just woke up from quite possibly the most frightening dream I've ever had.
It begins with Alex Jones talking with someone about the "Obama Deception" and then Alex turns to me, he shape-shifts into a reptilian and starts screaming at me, "You will not succeed! We will crush you and your friends!" and then a smorgasbord of faces appear, those of reptilians and greys and other odd creatures. The whole thing sends a cold chill through me (I'm still shaking) and instead of just sitting there and take it, I sum up my courage, I breath out and I counter them "We will win! We are not your slaves!" and they go away afterward with angelic music that plays afterwards. |
