India.

The worlds mosr advanced nation on earth in days of old - then came 'the fall' and its decline.

However, the Indian people never stopped being clever, they never stopped being extremely capable, and are now awakening from centuries of enforced slumber.

That they are reaching to the moon with such an advanced satellite is awesome news. Along side their hypersonic airframe research and space plane technology, things are looking extremely bright for India.

The issue of the poor though is stickier, as that has its roots firmly in the caste system.. and no amount of science can ever solve that.
