Hai Nikki, I just see this topic so it's very short notice.
I know from experience that bringing people together takes a lot more time.
First of all thet have to get used to eachother on the forum.
Second there should be a couple of dates to choose from so people can find out when most of them can come and even then some or a lot will cancel at the last minute.
Nevertheless don't get disappointed by the first result and go on stimulating people to come together.
Maybe next time.
