It's like a R E A L L Y long Christmas Eve as we wait. I get scared about wondering if I am "good enough", or if my frequency is above the threshold minimum, I don't want to be left behind and the fear of "not making it" is killing me. Also, I feel guilt over my past choices, and I struggle to this minute with cigarettes, the guilt is horrendous, and the addiction is horrid. Also, I find it hard to connect when meditating, and I'm scared I won't get to go.
