As a therapist I have done past-life regression therapy to deal with trauma based disorders that did not originate in this life. However, there are a number of CDs out there that guide one through past life regressions and can be done at home. Doreen Virtue also has a past-life CD available but if you google past-life regression CDs or check it out at Amazon.com you will likely find a lot of info.
