I don't know what Teutonic means, but I agree there is a very real and mostly unknown and unpublicized threat which is Zionism. Dunno about underground bases or space programs, but they seem to enjoy harvesting organs. So I wouldn't put a top secret human experimentation program or other evil stuff past them.
