I agree Carmen. I also think acceptance is key for discovering harmony. I have accepted in myself that my happiness stems from delivering happiness to others, and from feeling appreciated. I think what this quote truly means, is that happiness is what we should hold onto as humans. It is what we should return to, because everything else is just an attempt to reach the happiness that we all strive to maintain. Pain motivates, but we wish to shed it. Anger engulfs us, but we wish to put out the fire unless we give in to it. Happiness, is the rock. The home that we return to, the only thing that truly belongs to us, in our heart.
