i have worked my butt off, to be in a home - and, it sure, is getting hard to stay in one, esp. alone !!!
this place, no longer, suits my future plans it's too bad, i didn't have the 5,000 to finish the rest of the renos however, it is only the difference of getting an extra 20-25,000 - so, it's a small percent, i'd be losing, deciding to sell as is !!! also; i guess, it's unfortunate; cause the last of the work is only 2 weeks of work - and, i just can't swing it alone story of my life -- NO one wants to be my partner ![]() (and, i kept on creating a life, larger than just me) or, people want you, after your life is simple !!! (and, they don't seem to want to help you simplify it) hmmm---then you got to wonder, after your life is simple, the big question is -- how simple, would your life likely be... if then, you complicated with another person) LOL breaking free-is so much fun !!! + xxx Last edited by THE eXchanger; 01-03-2010 at 06:45 AM. |

Exchanger - I sold 2 homes in the last year - mine and my father's - used an agent each time because I wanted to distance myself from the sale. For my dad's, I was literally distanced - several thousand miles LOL. It allowed me, also, not to get too offended when someone low-balled me on price.
If you've got potential buyers - I say, sell it on your own. If not, use an agent. Good luck! alys |
